含鈷配位聚合物及其衍生物的制備與吸波性能研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,電磁波輻射充斥著人們的生活環(huán)境,影響著人們的身體健康,吸波材料便逐漸的走進(jìn)了人們的視野,種類也日益增多。然而到目前為止,含鈷配位聚合物及其衍生物應(yīng)用于吸波材料是非常罕見的。本文通過水熱法成功制備出了含鈷配位聚合物及其衍生物并對其吸波性能作了研究,具體研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)通過水熱法合成出含鈷和稀土的配位聚合物。其中稀土元素分別為:鑭、鈰、鐠、釹、釤、銪、釓、鋱。對制備出的含鈷和稀土的八種不同的配位聚合物的結(jié)構(gòu)、組成、形貌等方面進(jìn)行了單晶X射線衍射(S-XRD)、粉末X射線衍射(P-XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、EDS、紅外光譜(FT-IR)等表征。表征結(jié)果表明,制備出的八種含鈷和稀土的配位聚合物結(jié)構(gòu)分為兩類,其中,含鈷和鑭的配位聚合物、含鈷和鈰的配位聚合物、含鈷和鐠的配位聚合物、含鈷和釹的配位聚合物、含鈷和釤的配位聚合物以及含鈷和銪的配位聚合物均具有嶄新的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)。對制備出的八種不同樣品的吸波性能分別進(jìn)行了研究,測試結(jié)果表明,制備出的八種不同的含鈷和稀土的配位聚合物均具有一定的吸波性能,并且這八種不同的含鈷和稀土的配位聚合物的吸波性能均表現(xiàn)出了獨(dú)特的吸波特性。(2)通過水熱法合成出含鈷和鏑的配位聚合物,并對其在空氣中700℃的條件下煅燒4h,從而得到含鈷和鏑的鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu)。對含鈷和鏑的配位聚合物進(jìn)行改性,得到改性后的產(chǎn)物。再對改性后的樣品置于空氣中700℃條件下煅燒4個(gè)小時(shí),從而得到改性后樣品的衍生物。采用單晶X射線衍射(S-XRD)、粉末X射線衍射(P-XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、EDS、紅外光譜(FT-IR)等對樣品的結(jié)構(gòu)形貌進(jìn)行表征。再對上述四種樣品的吸波性能進(jìn)行研究。值得一提的是,NiO/DyCoO3復(fù)合材料(樣品4)的吸波性能得到了顯著改善,特別是在高頻帶,當(dāng)頻率為18GHz,厚度為6mm時(shí),反射損耗達(dá)到-36.68dB。(3)通過水熱法合成出含鈷的配位聚合物,通過改變LiOH的投入量得到三種不同的前驅(qū)體,再將這三種前驅(qū)體在空氣中500℃下煅燒4個(gè)小時(shí)從而得到Co3O4納米管和納米片材料。采用粉末X射線衍射(P-XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)對其結(jié)構(gòu)形貌進(jìn)行表征。再對這三種Co3O4納米材料的吸波性能進(jìn)行研究。測試結(jié)果表明多孔Co3O4納米材料具有優(yōu)異的吸波性能。這種優(yōu)異的吸波性能不僅來自介電損耗和阻抗匹配還來自樣品的幾何效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, electromagnetic wave radiation is flooding people's living environment and affecting people's health. Cobalt-containing coordination polymers and their derivatives are rarely used in microwave absorbing materials. In this paper, Co-containing coordination polymers and their derivatives have been successfully prepared by hydrothermal method and their absorbing properties have been studied. The coordination polymers containing cobalt and rare earth are synthesized by hydrothermal method. The rare earth elements are lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, europium, gadolinium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, Terbium. The structure, composition and morphology of eight kinds of coordination polymers containing cobalt and rare earth were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction (S-XRDX), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRDX), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) SEMMO-EDS, infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), etc. The results show that the structure, composition and morphology of eight kinds of coordination polymers containing cobalt and rare earth are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Eight kinds of coordination polymers containing cobalt and rare earth have been prepared, including cobalt and lanthanum coordination polymers, cobalt and cerium coordination polymers, cobalt and praseodymium coordination polymers, cobalt and neodymium coordination polymers. Coordination polymers containing cobalt and samarium as well as coordination polymers containing cobalt and europium have new crystal structures. Eight kinds of coordination polymers containing cobalt and rare earth have some absorbing properties. Moreover, these eight kinds of coordination polymers containing cobalt and rare earth show unique microwave absorption properties. The coordination polymers containing cobalt and dysprosium are synthesized by hydrothermal method. The perovskite structure of cobalt and dysprosium was obtained by calcining it at 700 鈩,
