三種2-羥基-1-萘醛酰腙的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、熱分解及其與CT-DNA的相互作用(英文)

【摘要】:合成了2-羥基萘醛苯乙酰腙(1)、2-羥基萘醛-4-羥基苯乙酰腙(2)和2-羥基萘醛-2-甲氧基苯乙酰腙(3)三種新型酰腙化合物,通過單晶X射線衍射(XRD)、元素分析和傅里葉變換紅外(FTIR)光譜對化合物結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征。單晶X射線衍射結(jié)果表明,化合物2和3結(jié)晶為單斜晶系,空間群C2/c。而化合物1結(jié)晶為正交晶系,空間群為Pbca。熱重(TG)分析結(jié)果表明,化合物1、2、3分子骨架熱分解的溫度分別為318.23、319.04、323.01°C,對應(yīng)的熱分解過程表觀活化能分別為115.90、145.18、129.38 k J?mol-1。微量熱研究表明,三種酰腙及其前驅(qū)體酰肼與小牛胸腺脫氧核糖核酸(CT-DNA)相互作用均為吸熱作用,但作用時間(1.00-50.0 min)和反應(yīng)熵變(0.47-15.50 k J?mol-1)有較大的差異。化合物1和2與CT-DNA的反應(yīng)焓變均大于其前驅(qū)體酰肼a和b與CT-DNA的反應(yīng)焓變,而化合物3與CT-DNA的反應(yīng)焓變卻小于其前驅(qū)體酰肼c與CT-DNA的反應(yīng)焓變。
[Abstract]:Three novel acylhydrazone compounds, 2-hydroxynaphthalaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-naphthyl phenylacetyl Hydrazone (2) and 2 hydroxynaphthalaldehyde (2 methoxyphenylacetyl Hydrazone 3) were synthesized. The structure of the compounds was characterized by X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and FTIR spectra. The results of single crystal X-ray diffraction showed that compounds 2 and 3 crystallized in monoclinic system. The results of thermogravimetric analysis show that the thermal decomposition temperature of the molecular skeleton of compound 1 is 318.23 ~ 319.04 ~ 323.01 擄C, and the apparent activation energy of the corresponding thermal decomposition process is 115.90 145.18 ~ (18) ~ (18) K ~ (38) K ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1). Mol-1.The results of microcalorimetry show that the interaction of three acylhydrazone and its precursor with CT-DNA of calf thymus is endothermic, but the reaction time is 1.00-50.0 min) and the reaction entropy is 0.47-15.50 kJ? The enthalpy of reaction of compounds 1 and 2 with CT-DNA is larger than that of acylhydrazide a and b with CT-DNA, but the enthalpy of reaction of compound 3 with CT-DNA is smaller than that of CT-DNA and acylhydrazide c.
