金催化肌酸酐與靛紅的加成反應(yīng):一種可持續(xù)的綠色方法用于非對映選擇合成3-取代的3-羥基靛紅(英文)

【摘要】:報道了水介質(zhì)中金催化肌酸酐與不同靛紅之間的醛醇縮合反應(yīng).該法無需繁雜的溶劑萃取和柱色譜技術(shù),只需簡單的過濾即可將產(chǎn)物分離出來,因而操作簡單.通過較寬范圍的靛紅衍生物的反應(yīng),均可高產(chǎn)率并完全地制取相應(yīng)的順式醛醇縮合產(chǎn)物,因此該法表現(xiàn)出較高的通用性.還將該合成策略進(jìn)一步拓展至靛紅,肌酸酐和丙二腈的串聯(lián)反應(yīng),可高產(chǎn)率、完全的制取反式多組分產(chǎn)物.采用分光光度法測定了合成產(chǎn)物的抗氧化性能,結(jié)果表明,與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物相比,含有鹵素原子的三個化合物(2c,2d和2e)表現(xiàn)出最高的活性.
[Abstract]:The aldehydes and alcohols condensation between creatinine and different indirubin catalyzed by gold in aqueous medium are reported. The product can be separated by simple filtration without complicated solvent extraction and column chromatography. The reaction of indirubin derivatives in a wide range can yield high yield and completely produce the corresponding cis-aldehydes condensation products. Therefore, the method has a high versatility, and the synthesis strategy is further extended to indirubin. The series reaction of creatinine and malonitrile can produce the trans multicomponent product in high yield. The oxidation resistance of the synthesized product was determined by spectrophotometry. Three compounds containing halogen atoms, 2 d and 2 e, exhibited the highest activity.
