高穩(wěn)定性介孔分子篩的粒徑調(diào)變研究

【摘要】:前驅(qū)體組裝技術(shù)大幅提高了介孔分子篩的穩(wěn)定性,為其在重油催化裂化中的應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。但是使用這種合成方法,介孔分子篩產(chǎn)物顆粒尺寸過(guò)大,給催化劑的制備帶來(lái)了許多問(wèn)題,所以在前驅(qū)體組裝技術(shù)合成方法中,降低介孔分子篩產(chǎn)物的顆粒尺寸具有重大意義。在吐溫20合成體系中,吐溫20分解成聚氧乙烯山梨酸糖醇酐和酸鈉皂,附著在Y型分子篩前驅(qū)體表面,降低其表面能從而減少產(chǎn)物的聚集,獲得顆粒尺寸較小的產(chǎn)物。產(chǎn)物具有平均顆粒尺寸為8.500μm,其總比表面積875 m2.g-1,總孔容為0.97 cm3·g-1,平均孔徑為3.42 nm;在經(jīng)過(guò)水熱處理10h后,總比表面積和總孔容的保留率分別為32%和32%,這說(shuō)明產(chǎn)品具有良好的水熱穩(wěn)定性。在聚乙烯醇(PVA)合成體系中,PVA作為一種分散劑能夠促進(jìn)P123膠束在水溶液中的分散,為晶體形成更多的生長(zhǎng)位點(diǎn)。另一方面,PVA分子通過(guò)氫鍵與產(chǎn)物結(jié)合,在其表面形成保護(hù)膜并呈現(xiàn)空間位阻效應(yīng),減少產(chǎn)物之間的聚集。表征結(jié)果顯示產(chǎn)物的平均顆粒尺寸6.643μm,總比表面積850.7 m2g-1和孔容0.94 cm3 g-1,平均孔徑為3.4 nm;在經(jīng)過(guò)水熱處理10 h后,其比表面積和孔容的保留率分別為32%和34%,說(shuō)明產(chǎn)品具有’較好的水熱穩(wěn)定性。本論文在小試的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了PVA體系10L放大合成。產(chǎn)物的平均顆粒尺寸8.6731μm,其總比表面積為856.1 m2.g小總孔容為0.67 cm3·g-11,平均孔徑3.44 nm;在經(jīng)過(guò)水熱處理10h后,其比表面積和孔容的保留率分別為30%和34%,說(shuō)明產(chǎn)物具有良好的水熱穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:The precursor of assembly technology has greatly improved the stability of mesoporous molecular sieves, laid the foundation for its application in heavy oil FCC. But using this synthesis method of mesoporous molecular sieve product particle size is too large for the preparation of the catalyst has brought many problems, so in the precursor of assembling method, is of great significance to reduce the particle size of the mesoporous molecular sieve product. In 20 Twain Twain synthesis system, divided into 20 sugar alcohol polyoxyethylene sorbic acid anhydride and sodium soap, attached on the surface of the Y type sieve precursor molecules, thereby reducing the product can reduce the accumulation of its surface, obtain the product of smaller particle size products. With an average particle size of 8.500 m, the total surface area of 875 m2.g-1, general Kong Rong was 0.97 cm3 - g-1, the average pore size is 3.42 nm; after hydrothermal treatment of 10h, the total retention rate than the surface area and the total pore volume are 32% and 32%, this product has good thermal stability. The characterization results showed that average particle size of the product is 6.643 m, total 850.7 m2g-1 of surface area and pore volume of 0.94 cm3 g-1, the average pore size is 3.4 nm; after the hydrothermal treatment for 10 h, the ratio of retention rate of surface area and Kong Rong respectively. 32% and 34%, that "product has good hydrothermal stability.
