【摘要】：建立了一種能對南極和北極沉積物樣品中痕量甲基汞準確測定的技術(shù)和方法。該方法采用高濃度硝酸溶液提取,二氯甲烷萃取,水相反萃取,乙基化后用氣相色譜-冷原子熒光光譜法(GC-CVAFS)進行測定,方法回收率在75%~110%,相對標準偏差≤11.5%,檢出限為250 ng/g,重現(xiàn)性好,選擇性和靈敏度高,結(jié)果穩(wěn)定,操作容易控制。
