發(fā)動機(jī)吊架中風(fēng)車不平衡振動傳遞特性研究

【摘要】:風(fēng)車不平衡振動具備復(fù)雜多變且振動幅值大的特點(diǎn),主要由葉片喪失、軸支承失效引起。發(fā)動機(jī)產(chǎn)生的不平衡振動經(jīng)吊架、機(jī)翼傳遞到客艙及駕駛艙,影響乘客乘坐的舒適性及飛行員安全操控飛機(jī)的水平,F(xiàn)行民用航空適航規(guī)章要求,當(dāng)持續(xù)振動危及飛機(jī)的安全時,要有停止發(fā)動機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動的措施。然而,隨著發(fā)動機(jī)風(fēng)扇葉片的增大,風(fēng)扇轉(zhuǎn)子在發(fā)動機(jī)停車后將承受巨大的氣動作用力,發(fā)動機(jī)因葉片喪失而停車后非對稱風(fēng)扇轉(zhuǎn)子葉片將在空氣動力作用下繼續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動,從而產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的不平衡振動載荷。本文以某型民用飛機(jī)為研究對象,發(fā)動機(jī)采用吊架結(jié)構(gòu)安裝在機(jī)翼上,分析了發(fā)動機(jī)風(fēng)車不平衡工況下吊架的振動響應(yīng),然后對影響吊架振動及振動傳遞特性的因素進(jìn)行了研究。本文主要進(jìn)行了以下幾方面的研究:首先對發(fā)動機(jī)吊架振動原因及振動機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究,接著對吊架振動傳遞理論及研究方法進(jìn)行具體分析;分析發(fā)動機(jī)吊架構(gòu)成及安裝形式,利用MSC.PatranNastran有限元軟件建立盒式梁結(jié)構(gòu)的吊架模型;分析振源位置不同及吊架阻尼系數(shù)不同時,計算并比較吊架振動響應(yīng)和振動傳遞路徑的區(qū)別,得出吊架本身的振動特性;確定風(fēng)車不平衡振動載荷譜,計算并比較發(fā)動機(jī)風(fēng)車不平衡工況時吊架的振動響應(yīng)及振動傳遞路徑。最后考慮了發(fā)動機(jī)風(fēng)車不平衡工況時,轉(zhuǎn)子加減速對吊架振動特性的影響。
[Abstract]:The unbalanced vibration of windmill is characterized by complex and variable vibration amplitude, which is mainly caused by the loss of blade and the failure of shaft support. The unbalanced vibration generated by the engine is transmitted to the cabin and cockpit by the hangers, which affects the comfort of the passengers and the level of the pilots safely operating the aircraft. The current civil aviation airworthiness regulations require that when the continuous vibration endangers the safety of the aircraft, there must be measures to stop the engine from turning. However, with the increase of engine fan blade, the fan rotor will bear a huge aerodynamic force after engine shutdown, and the asymmetric fan rotor blade will continue to rotate under the aerodynamic action after the engine stops due to the loss of the blade. As a result, a severe unbalanced vibration load is generated. In this paper, a certain civil aircraft is used as the research object, and the engine is mounted on the wing with a hanger structure. The vibration response of the hanger under the unbalanced condition of the engine windmill is analyzed. Then, the factors affecting the vibration and vibration transfer characteristics of the hanger are studied. This paper mainly studies the following aspects: firstly, the vibration causes and vibration mechanism of the engine hanger are studied, and then the theory and research method of the vibration transfer of the hanger are analyzed concretely; The structure and installation form of engine hanger are analyzed, and the hanger model of boxed beam structure is established by using MSC.PatranNastran finite element software. The difference of vibration response and vibration transfer path is calculated and compared by analyzing the difference of vibration source location and damping coefficient of suspension frame, and the vibration characteristics of the suspension frame itself are obtained by comparing and calculating the difference between the vibration response and vibration transfer path of the hanger. The load spectrum of unbalance vibration of windmill is determined and the vibration response and vibration transfer path of suspension are calculated and compared under the unbalanced working condition of engine windmill. Finally, the effect of rotor acceleration and deceleration on the vibration characteristics of the suspension is considered when the engine windmill is unbalanced.
