考慮相變時(shí)間效應(yīng)的結(jié)冰試驗(yàn)相似參數(shù)

【摘要】:結(jié)冰風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)是進(jìn)行飛機(jī)結(jié)冰和防除冰研究的主要手段,結(jié)冰試驗(yàn)相似準(zhǔn)則是進(jìn)行結(jié)冰風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)的理論基礎(chǔ)。針對(duì)目前的結(jié)冰試驗(yàn)相似準(zhǔn)則在明冰模擬方面的不足,本文采用液/固相變的基本理論,對(duì)飛機(jī)結(jié)冰過程的液/固相變傳熱特性進(jìn)行了分析和研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一個(gè)新的結(jié)冰試驗(yàn)相似參數(shù)CT,該參數(shù)與基于Messinger結(jié)冰熱力學(xué)模型所得到的相似參數(shù)的主要區(qū)別是考慮到了結(jié)冰的干模式和濕模式,體現(xiàn)了相變的時(shí)間效應(yīng)。通過將新的相似參數(shù)引入現(xiàn)有結(jié)冰試驗(yàn)相似準(zhǔn)則中,可有效避免試驗(yàn)壓力與速度選取的隨意性。以NACA0012翼型和某超臨界翼型為對(duì)象,對(duì)新相似參數(shù)的有效性進(jìn)行了數(shù)值仿真評(píng)估,結(jié)果顯示,采用本文提出的相似參數(shù)及相應(yīng)的試驗(yàn)參數(shù)確定方法,能夠得到與參考條件一致的水滴收集率和結(jié)冰,初步說明新相似參數(shù)的是有效的,研究結(jié)果對(duì)于提高明冰及混合冰試驗(yàn)?zāi)M的精度具有較好的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Icing wind tunnel test is the main method to study aircraft icing and deicing, and the similarity criterion of icing test is the theoretical basis of icing wind tunnel test. In view of the deficiency of the present similarity criterion of icing test in the simulation of open ice, the heat transfer characteristics of liquid / solid phase change in aircraft icing process are analyzed and studied by using the basic theory of liquid / solid phase change. On this basis, a new similar parameter CTS is proposed. The main difference between CTparameters and the similar parameters based on Messinger model is that the dry and wet models of ice formation are taken into account and the time effect of phase transition is reflected. By introducing the new similarity parameter into the existing similarity criterion of icing test, the randomness of the selection of test pressure and velocity can be avoided effectively. Taking the NACA0012 airfoil and a supercritical airfoil as examples, the effectiveness of the new similarity parameters is evaluated by numerical simulation. The results show that the proposed method is used to determine the similarity parameters and the corresponding experimental parameters. The rate of water droplet collection and ice formation can be obtained in accordance with the reference conditions. It is shown that the new similar parameters are effective. The results of the study have a good reference value for improving the accuracy of the simulation of open ice and mixed ice experiments.
