【摘要】：正戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的落地需要企業(yè)內(nèi)部各個層面管理要素的支持與配合,全面系統(tǒng)地建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃實施體系是戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃落地生根的唯一出路。對于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,業(yè)內(nèi)流傳一句順口溜:"規(guī)劃規(guī)劃,紙上畫畫,墻上掛掛。"企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃不應(yīng)只是墻上的"畫",而應(yīng)該切實轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槟_下的"路"。那么企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃如何能落地呢?
[Abstract]:The landing of the strategic planning needs the support and cooperation of the management elements in each level of the enterprise. It is the only way for the strategic planning to take root in a comprehensive and systematic way to build the implementation system of the strategic planning. For corporate strategic planning, the industry has a saying: "Planning, drawing on paper, hanging on the wall." Enterprise strategic planning should not be just a picture on the wall, but should be transformed into a road under the feet. So how can corporate strategic planning land?
