一種數(shù)字遙測(cè)接口容差測(cè)試方法及實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:通過對(duì)衛(wèi)星常用數(shù)字接口電路及其傳輸特性分析,研究了影響接口傳輸性能的時(shí)延、幅值和上升沿特性,提出了一種數(shù)字遙測(cè)傳輸接口容差測(cè)試方法并研制了測(cè)試設(shè)備,可以對(duì)數(shù)字信號(hào)進(jìn)行時(shí)延、電平幅值和上升沿的拉偏,實(shí)現(xiàn)了接口容差指標(biāo)的定量測(cè)試。通過對(duì)衛(wèi)星單機(jī)設(shè)備接口拉偏試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了測(cè)試方法的正確性和測(cè)試設(shè)備的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the digital interface circuit and its transmission characteristics, the characteristics of delay, amplitude and rising edge which affect the transmission performance of the interface are studied. A method for measuring the tolerance of digital telemetry transmission interface is proposed and the testing equipment is developed. The delay, amplitude and rise edge of the digital signal can be deflected, and the interface tolerance index can be measured quantitatively. The correctness of the test method and the practicability of the test equipment are verified by the test of the satellite single equipment interface.
