多扇區(qū)管制移交間隔管理研究

【摘要】:針對區(qū)域管制多扇區(qū)移交間隔管理問題,以管制移交點為參考點,研究在容量限制下不同扇區(qū)之間管制移交的空中交通運行特征。在單扇區(qū)間隔管理問題的研究基礎上,引入間隔向量概念,分析多扇區(qū)外圍和內部兩類移交點的間隔沖突和間隔調整方法,以調控時段內的延誤控制為指標,建立區(qū)域管制移交間隔管理數學模型,并通過增量矩陣的使用提高算法運行效率。運算結果分析表明,該模型能較好地處理多扇區(qū)移交間隔管理問題中間隔值的變化。根據實際的運行數據計算得出各移交點間隔數值,可為管制員的輔助決策提供參考。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of regional control multi-sector handover interval management, taking the control transfer point as the reference point, this paper studies the air traffic operation characteristics of the control handover between different sectors under the limitation of capacity. Based on the study of single sector interval management, the concept of interval vector is introduced to analyze the interval conflict and interval adjustment methods of two types of handover points in multi-sector, and the delay control in the control period is taken as the index. The mathematical model of regional control transfer interval management is established, and the efficiency of the algorithm is improved by the use of incremental matrix. The results show that the model can deal with the change of interval value in multi-sector handover interval management problem. According to the actual operation data, the interval value of each transfer point can be calculated, which can be used as a reference for the assistant decision of controller.
