大型某型客機(jī)復(fù)材機(jī)身艙門區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)補(bǔ)強(qiáng)研究分析

【摘要】:復(fù)合材料在民用客機(jī)上的應(yīng)用量越來(lái)越高,目前已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了全復(fù)合材料機(jī)身的大型客機(jī),對(duì)于全復(fù)合材料機(jī)身艙門區(qū)補(bǔ)強(qiáng)問(wèn)題也顯得尤為重要。該文就大型某型客機(jī)復(fù)合材料機(jī)身艙門區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)補(bǔ)強(qiáng)進(jìn)行分析研究,設(shè)計(jì)了一套適用于大型客機(jī)復(fù)合材料機(jī)身的補(bǔ)強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)并進(jìn)行了有限元計(jì)算分析和結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,計(jì)算結(jié)果符合設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)要求。
[Abstract]:The application of composite material in civil airliner is more and more high. At present, there has been a large airliner with full composite fuselage, which is especially important for the reinforcement of the door area of the full composite fuselage. In this paper, the structural reinforcement of the composite fuselage door area of a large airliner is analyzed and studied, and a set of reinforced structure suitable for the composite fuselage of a large airliner is designed, and the finite element calculation analysis and structural optimization are carried out. The results meet the requirements of the design.
