風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)中的視頻測(cè)量技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀與應(yīng)用綜述

【摘要】:視頻測(cè)量(Videogrammetric Measurement,VM)技術(shù)因其對(duì)試驗(yàn)?zāi)P偷脑O(shè)計(jì)制造無(wú)要求,受到國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)的青睞,本文綜述了國(guó)外航空航天強(qiáng)國(guó)的風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)所掌握的VM技術(shù),并分析了VM技術(shù)在我國(guó)高速暫沖風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)中應(yīng)用所面臨的問題,據(jù)此中國(guó)空氣動(dòng)力研究與發(fā)展中心(CARDC)提出了多相機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)標(biāo)定與基于運(yùn)動(dòng)估計(jì)的序列圖像匹配技術(shù),在暫沖高速風(fēng)洞高噪聲(130dB左右)振動(dòng)環(huán)境下,建立了高精度的模型位姿光學(xué)測(cè)量技術(shù),2米量級(jí)高速風(fēng)洞中的多個(gè)應(yīng)用表明:視頻測(cè)量的精度高,已用于高速試驗(yàn)?zāi)P偷淖藨B(tài)與變形測(cè)量;另一方面,通過VM測(cè)量偏折位移場(chǎng)得到光束從攝影中心出發(fā)穿過擾流區(qū)的光程差,為氣動(dòng)光學(xué)效應(yīng)的研究與測(cè)量以及試驗(yàn)?zāi)P偷谋诿媪鲃?dòng)顯示提供新的途徑,其光路簡(jiǎn)單、無(wú)需使用價(jià)格昂貴的相干光源,因此具有巨大應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Videogrammetric Measurement (VMM) technology is favored by wind tunnel test organizations at home and abroad because it has no requirement for the design and manufacture of test models. This paper summarizes the VM technology grasped by wind tunnel test organizations in foreign countries. The problems in the application of VM technology in high-speed temporary impulse wind tunnel test in China are analyzed. Based on this, the dynamic calibration of multi-camera and the sequence image matching technology based on motion estimation are proposed by China Aerodynamics Research and Development Center (CARDC). In the vibration environment of temporary impulse high-speed wind tunnel with high noise and about 130dB), a high precision model position and attitude optical measurement technology is established. Many applications in 2 meters high speed wind tunnel show that the accuracy of video measurement is high. It has been used to measure the attitude and deformation of the high speed test model. On the other hand, the deflection displacement field is measured by VM to obtain the optical path difference of the beam passing through the spoiler area from the camera center. It provides a new way for the study and measurement of aero-optical effect and the display of wall flow in the experimental model. The optical path is simple and there is no need to use expensive coherent light source, so it has a great application prospect.
