【摘要】：現(xiàn)在大多數(shù)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)對(duì)其中涉及到的零部件造型要求越來(lái)越嚴(yán)格,不僅僅涉及比較復(fù)雜的曲面造型,而且還要求模型曲面之間能夠光滑連接。保證曲面間的幾何連續(xù)性一直都是計(jì)算機(jī)輔助幾何的難點(diǎn)和重點(diǎn)。本文基于特定的復(fù)雜飛行器造型系統(tǒng),對(duì)翼身融合造型進(jìn)行了研究。其中涉及到了曲面造型、曲面插值、曲面拼接技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)翼身融合造型的關(guān)鍵在于保證曲面間幾何連續(xù)性。本文首先基于翼身融合飛行器的定義,給出了翼身融合構(gòu)造要求。并利用常規(guī)方法對(duì)翼身融合進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)和研究,分析了這些方法在實(shí)現(xiàn)翼身融合上的局限性。然后基于對(duì)上述方法的總結(jié)和參考,提出了基于曲面拼接的翼身融合造型方法。這種利用過(guò)渡面來(lái)保證翼身融合的方式,并不是直接利用過(guò)渡面保證機(jī)身和機(jī)翼之間的連續(xù)性,而是先設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)渡面參數(shù),構(gòu)造過(guò)渡面;然后在機(jī)身表面上求取和過(guò)渡面存在相交的曲面集合,用一張NURBS曲面逼近該機(jī)身上的曲面集合,再將過(guò)渡面和該NURBS光滑拼接,由于NURBS曲面逼近機(jī)身上的曲面集合,所以過(guò)渡面可以認(rèn)為經(jīng)過(guò)拼接處理過(guò)后和機(jī)身光滑連接。同樣的算法過(guò)程運(yùn)用到過(guò)渡面和機(jī)翼上去,實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)渡面和機(jī)翼的光滑連接,只不過(guò)這里調(diào)整的不再是過(guò)渡面,而是機(jī)翼曲面。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)身、過(guò)渡面、機(jī)翼的光滑連接�？傮w來(lái)說(shuō),基于曲面拼接的翼身融合造型方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單,計(jì)算效率高,具有一定工程意義。該研究方法目前已經(jīng)在自主開(kāi)發(fā)的復(fù)雜飛行器CAD造型系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用,使用該方法構(gòu)造的翼身融合飛行器到達(dá)了預(yù)期效果。
[Abstract]:Now most of the mechanical system which relates to other parts of the increasingly stringent requirements, not only relates to the surface modeling of complex surface model, but also can ensure the smooth connection between geometric continuity between surfaces is always the emphasis and difficulty in computer aided geometry. The complex aircraft modeling system based on the special of the wing body the fusion model is studied. Which involves surface modeling, surface interpolation, surface splicing technology, the key is to ensure that the wing body fusion modeling surface geometric continuity. Based on the definition of blended wing body aircraft, given the blended wing body structure requirement. And using the conventional method of wing body fusion was realized research and analysis of these methods in the implementation of the limitation on the wing body fusion. Then the methods based on summarization and reference, is proposed based on Surface splicing BWB modeling method. The transition surface to ensure the wing body fusion, and not directly use the transition surface to ensure continuity between the fuselage and wings, but the first design parameters of transition surface, structure transition surface; then calculated on the surface of the fuselage and the transition surface is intersected the surface set. With a NURBS surface approximation surface of the body of the set, then the transition surface and NURBS NURBS surface smoothness, due to surface approximation, the body of the collection, so that after the transition surface splicing processing after the body and smooth connection. The same algorithm applied to the process of transition surface and wing up, a smooth transition surface connection and on the wing, but here the adjustment is no longer the transition surface, but the wing surface. Finally the fuselage, transition surface, smooth connection of the wing. In general, the wing body fusion based on surface splicing The modeling method is simple, efficient, and has certain engineering significance. This research method has been applied to the complex CAD modeling system developed by ourselves. The wing fusion fuselage constructed by this method has achieved the expected effect.
