后掠機(jī)翼人工轉(zhuǎn)捩最佳粗糙帶高度數(shù)值預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:介紹了基于當(dāng)?shù)刈兞康摩?Reθ轉(zhuǎn)捩模型,并將該模型應(yīng)用到后掠機(jī)翼的轉(zhuǎn)捩預(yù)測(cè)和人工轉(zhuǎn)捩最佳粗糙帶高度以及人工轉(zhuǎn)捩技術(shù)能夠模擬的大氣飛行雷諾數(shù)的確定中。為檢驗(yàn)γ-Reθ轉(zhuǎn)捩模型對(duì)后掠機(jī)翼轉(zhuǎn)捩的預(yù)測(cè)能力,對(duì)ONERA M6機(jī)翼和DLR-F4標(biāo)模機(jī)翼進(jìn)行了邊界層轉(zhuǎn)捩預(yù)測(cè),采用結(jié)構(gòu)化網(wǎng)格和有限體積法求解雷諾平均Navier-Stokes(RANS)方程,得到了機(jī)翼表面的摩擦阻力系數(shù)分布,從而可以得到相應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)捩位置,預(yù)測(cè)得到的轉(zhuǎn)捩位置與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較吻合,說(shuō)明該模型對(duì)后掠機(jī)翼轉(zhuǎn)捩預(yù)測(cè)是可信的。最后在DLR-F4標(biāo)模機(jī)翼上表面固定了粗糙帶,通過(guò)相同的方法得到了轉(zhuǎn)捩位置,從而確定了馬赫數(shù)為0.785、雷諾數(shù)為3.0×106時(shí)最佳粗糙帶高度為0.11mm;通過(guò)不斷增大雷諾數(shù)使自由轉(zhuǎn)捩位置不斷向前緣移動(dòng),驗(yàn)證了人工轉(zhuǎn)捩對(duì)大氣飛行雷諾數(shù)的模擬能力。結(jié)果表明,在最佳粗糙帶高度為0.11mm下,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)大氣飛行高雷諾數(shù)的模擬。
[Abstract]:The 緯 -Re 胃 transition model based on local variables is introduced. The model is applied to the prediction of the transition of the swept wing, the determination of the optimum height of the rough zone of the artificial transition and the determination of the Reynolds number of the atmospheric flight which can be simulated by the artificial transition technique. In order to test the prediction ability of the 緯 -Re 胃 transition model for the transition of the swept wing, the model is applied to the prediction of the transition of the swept wing. The boundary layer transition of ONERA M6 wing and DLR-F4 model wing is predicted. The Reynolds average Navier-Stokes Stokes RANSs equation is solved by using structured grid and finite volume method. The friction coefficient distribution on the surface of the wing is obtained, and the corresponding transition position can be obtained. The predicted transition position is in good agreement with the experimental results, which shows that the model is reliable for predicting the transition of the swept wing. Finally, rough bands are fixed on the upper surface of the DLR-F4 model wing, and the transition position is obtained by the same method. The optimum height of rough zone is 0.11mm when the Mach number is 0.785and Reynolds number is 3.0 脳 106, and the free transition position is continuously moved forward by increasing Reynolds number, which verifies the simulation ability of artificial transition to atmospheric flight Reynolds number. At the optimum height of 0.11mm, the high Reynolds number of atmospheric flight can be simulated.
