含鉸鏈間隙板式衛(wèi)星天線展開(kāi)精度分析

【摘要】:板式衛(wèi)星天線展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)在航天領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用,其空間尺寸大,拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,構(gòu)件之間多用鉸鏈聯(lián)結(jié),衛(wèi)星天線對(duì)指向精度要求較高,應(yīng)考慮鉸鏈間隙對(duì)指向精度的影響。含鉸鏈間隙的衛(wèi)星天線展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)的指向精度分析建模復(fù)雜、求解困難,為此提出了矩陣法分塊建模的分析方法,將復(fù)雜的整機(jī)模型分解成鎖定機(jī)構(gòu)計(jì)算模型與2個(gè)單閉環(huán)機(jī)構(gòu)計(jì)算模型,分別分析計(jì)算鉸鏈間隙對(duì)其精度造成的影響,建立整機(jī)的計(jì)算模型并采用粒子群優(yōu)化算法進(jìn)行求解,得到某特定構(gòu)型的板式衛(wèi)星天線在極惡劣工況下展開(kāi)的指向誤差為0.067°。研究表明,建立的計(jì)算模型精度高,通過(guò)智能優(yōu)化算法求解可以快速得到衛(wèi)星可展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)的指向精度極惡劣值,為展開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)的誤差補(bǔ)償設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:The development mechanism of plate satellite antenna has been widely used in spaceflight field. The space size is large, the topological structure is complex, and there are many hinged connections between the components, so the pointing precision of satellite antenna is very high. The influence of hinge clearance on pointing accuracy should be considered. The analysis and modeling of pointing accuracy of satellite antenna unfolded mechanism with hinge clearance is complicated and difficult to solve. The complex machine model is decomposed into two models of lock mechanism and two single closed loop mechanism. The influence of hinge clearance on its precision is analyzed, and the calculation model of the whole machine is established and solved by particle swarm optimization (PSO). The result shows that the pointing error of a certain plate satellite antenna is 0.067 擄under very bad working conditions. The results show that the accuracy of the proposed model is high. Through the intelligent optimization algorithm, the pointing accuracy of the satellite deployable mechanism can be obtained quickly, which provides a reference for the error compensation design of the deployable mechanism.
