基于導(dǎo)向插合的毛刷電接觸對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有毛刷電接觸對(duì)插合過程中隨機(jī)插合現(xiàn)象導(dǎo)致的插拔力和接觸電阻范圍過大、可控性較差的現(xiàn)狀,提出基于導(dǎo)向插合的毛刷電接觸結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)方案.改進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)包括單針簇導(dǎo)向結(jié)構(gòu)、對(duì)接端面導(dǎo)向結(jié)構(gòu)及插針螺旋校直結(jié)構(gòu).對(duì)改進(jìn)前、后的毛刷電接觸對(duì)進(jìn)行2mm插拔深度的插拔力試驗(yàn)及接觸電阻試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明:基于導(dǎo)向插合的毛刷電接觸結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)優(yōu)化了毛刷電接觸對(duì)插拔力、接觸電阻范圍,結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)前、后的單對(duì)毛刷接觸對(duì)多次插拔力方差值分別為0.39,0.003,結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)前、后的單對(duì)毛刷接觸對(duì)多次接觸電阻方差值分別為0.41,0.008.基于導(dǎo)向插合的毛刷電接觸對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)改善毛刷電接觸性能以及其參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考.
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the insertion force and contact resistance caused by the random intercalation phenomenon in the current brush electric contact intercalation process are too large and the controllability is poor, This paper presents an improved scheme of brush electric contact structure based on guide interpolation. The improved structure includes single needle cluster guide structure, docking end face guide structure and pin helical straightening structure. After the brush electrical contact, the insertion force test and contact resistance test of 2mm depth were carried out. The results showed that the brush electric contact structure was improved based on the guide interpolation, and the brush electric contact force, contact resistance range and structure were optimized before the structure was improved. The variance values of the force between the contact and the multiple insertions of the brush are 0.39 / 0. 003, respectively. Before the structural improvement, The deviation value of the contact resistance of the single pair brush to the multiple contact is 0.41g 0.008.The structural improvement design of the brush electric contact based on the guide interpolation provides a reference for the improvement of the brush electrical contact performance and the design of its parameters.
