CCD信號(hào)自適應(yīng)采樣方法的研究和實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:由于受溫度變化和器件老化影響,空間遙感相機(jī)焦平面CCD信號(hào)的相位會(huì)發(fā)生變化,尤其是在高速應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,利用傳統(tǒng)方法定標(biāo)確定并固化的采樣點(diǎn)參數(shù)不再適用,極大影響了圖像信噪比,甚至造成圖像不能正常顯示。提出了一種針對(duì)空間相機(jī)焦平面CCD信號(hào)采樣位置的自適應(yīng)調(diào)整方法,通過實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)CCD信號(hào)的相位變化,計(jì)算相應(yīng)的采樣位置調(diào)整量,并在線調(diào)整了采樣時(shí)鐘的相位,使CCD信號(hào)采樣位置在其使用壽命期限中不同的溫度環(huán)境下均能保持最佳狀態(tài),從而保證圖像信噪比的穩(wěn)定。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:利用該方法,可以實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)定CCD信號(hào)100 ps的相位變化,并實(shí)時(shí)完成采樣位置的調(diào)整,即使工作溫度大范圍變化,CCD信號(hào)采樣位置的最佳狀態(tài)也可得到有效保證。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of temperature change and device aging, the phase of focal plane CCD signal of space remote sensing camera will change, especially in the field of high speed application, the parameters of sampling point determined and solidified by traditional method are no longer applicable. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the image is greatly affected, and even the image can not be displayed normally. An adaptive adjusting method for the sampling position of the CCD signal in the focal plane of the space camera is proposed. The phase change of the CCD signal is monitored in real time. The corresponding sampling position adjustment quantity is calculated, and the phase of the sampling clock is adjusted online, so that the sampling position of CCD signal can be kept in the best condition under different temperature environment during its service life. The experimental results show that the phase change of 100ps of CCD signal can be measured in real time, and the sampling position can be adjusted in real time. The optimal state of sampling position of CCD signal can be effectively guaranteed even if the working temperature varies over a wide range.
