【摘要】:自轉(zhuǎn)旋翼式陸空車輛是同時(shí)具有陸上行駛功能以及空中飛行能力的多域機(jī)動(dòng)平臺(tái),陸空車輛擁有跳飛和無動(dòng)力時(shí)的被動(dòng)安全降落以及野外作戰(zhàn)等功能。這種陸地和空中兩用的特殊車輛在反恐、巡邏、救援和運(yùn)輸?shù)榷鄠(gè)方面可以起到重要作用。本文結(jié)合動(dòng)力指標(biāo)和需求,從陸空車輛的總體參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì),飛行動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的建立,陸空車輛飛行性能的仿真分析和三維視景功能演示等四個(gè)部分展開研究工作。在總體設(shè)計(jì)部分,首先從需求出發(fā),結(jié)合給定的戰(zhàn)技指標(biāo),對(duì)比各種飛行方案,初定飛行方案,并對(duì)方案中的主要部件的有關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行計(jì)算。其中對(duì)旋翼機(jī)的飛行原理進(jìn)行了介紹,并對(duì)主旋翼、螺旋槳、垂尾和平尾的參數(shù)選擇進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,最后完成了驅(qū)動(dòng)部件的參數(shù)計(jì)算。針對(duì)陸空車輛進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)特性研究,建立陸空車輛飛行動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,首先在不同坐標(biāo)系下分別建立各個(gè)部件的模型,然后將各部件所產(chǎn)生的力和力矩轉(zhuǎn)換到機(jī)體坐標(biāo)系中進(jìn)行合成,從而構(gòu)成飛行數(shù)學(xué)模型。動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的建立也是進(jìn)行仿真、配平以及穩(wěn)定性分析的基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)所建立的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,對(duì)陸空車輛的性能進(jìn)行仿真預(yù)測(cè)。對(duì)模型進(jìn)行配平分析,研究不同穩(wěn)定前飛速度下各操縱量的變化,研究車輛各部件的升阻特性以及主旋翼的驅(qū)轉(zhuǎn)、阻轉(zhuǎn)特性。結(jié)合跳飛原理,仿真驗(yàn)證跳飛過程中跳飛高度和速度的變化情況。設(shè)計(jì)縮比樣機(jī)的跳飛試驗(yàn),將試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與理論計(jì)算作對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證仿真的準(zhǔn)確性。利用Vehicle simulator這款飛行模擬軟件對(duì)陸空車輛進(jìn)行視景功能的演示。結(jié)合使用CATIA和3DS MAX這兩款軟件的建模和渲染功能建立了陸空車輛的3D模型,給定控制指令,在場(chǎng)景中完成車輛的演示。
[Abstract]:The rotation of the rotor type air vehicle is a multi domain mobile platform with land and air travel function flight capacity of the air vehicle has ricocheted and passive safety without power when landing and combat capabilities. This land and special vehicle air dual-use patrol on anti-terrorism, many aspects of rescue and transportation can play an important role. This combination of power index and demand, from the overall design parameters of air vehicle, a flight dynamics model and flight performance of air vehicle simulation and 3D scene demonstration function of four parts to develop research work. In the first part of the overall design, starting from the demand, according to the given tactical index, contrast a variety of flight plan, initial flight plan, calculate the relevant parameters and main components in the scheme. The flight of the rotorcraft principle are introduced, and the main rotor, Propeller, rudder and tailplane parameters were calculated, and finally completed the parameters of drive parts is calculated. This paper studies the dynamic characteristics of the air vehicle, air vehicle flight dynamics model is established, the first in different coordinate systems were established in various parts of the model, and then the force and torque components produced by the conversion to the body coordinate system in the synthesis, which constitute the flight dynamics model is established. The mathematical model is simulated, analyzed and trim stability. According to the dynamic model, performance of the air vehicle simulation prediction. Balancing analysis of the model, study the different stable flying speed under the control of the amount of change, lift and drag characteristics of research the various components of the vehicle and the main rotor drive, rotating characteristics. Combined with the principle of change of ricochet, jump height and simulation speed in the process of verification ricochetted . than ricochet test prototype shrinkage design, experimental results and theoretical calculation are compared, verifying the accuracy of simulation software. The visual function of air vehicle flight simulation demonstration using Vehicle simulator. The modeling and rendering functions combined with the use of CATIA and 3DS MAX of the two software 3D model is built and air vehicles. Given the control command, complete vehicle demonstration in the scene.
