【摘要】:空中交通的安全和效率明顯受惡劣天氣的影響,在機(jī)場起飛著陸滑行區(qū)域(TMA)尤其如此。在此區(qū)域,除了受天氣影響之外,潛在的氣象回避路線還受到空中交通管制的嚴(yán)格限制。因此氣象回避模型DIVMET被開發(fā)出來。該模型給出一條建議路線,可以通過正在形成雷暴但尚未在里面實(shí)施任何空中交通管制的場地。DIVMET被應(yīng)用到香港國際機(jī)場的TMA區(qū)域,因?yàn)榇颂幍目罩薪煌ü苤?ATC)單位有興趣通過模擬回避路線來提高管制員的工作量,尤其是用于管理進(jìn)場飛機(jī)交通。ATC單位對模擬的回避路線進(jìn)行目視檢查,其結(jié)果令人滿意,但是商定了用實(shí)際觀察到的路線對模擬情況進(jìn)行定量驗(yàn)證。本文選擇了香港TMA區(qū)域內(nèi)有雷暴且交通嚴(yán)重扭曲時的兩種真實(shí)惡劣天氣情況。但是,進(jìn)行任何驗(yàn)證之前的主要目標(biāo)是識別僅僅受到天氣影響但并未顯示任何管制標(biāo)志的路線。在飛行位置數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上完成路線選擇,選擇若干著陸航班,并分析與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)場路線的偏差。結(jié)果顯示,272架航班中大多數(shù)同時受到天氣和管制的影響(60%),這突出表明空中交通管制員在惡劣天氣下要安全有效地管理著陸交通是存在挑戰(zhàn)的。只有少數(shù)受天氣影響的航班(7%)未受到管制,可以用于驗(yàn)證。DIVMET模擬路線被傳給當(dāng)?shù)乜罩薪煌ü苤茊T,證明了這些路線是潛在切實(shí)的回避路線。在TMA區(qū)域內(nèi)的DIVMET氣象回避路線模擬有一定參考價值,但是進(jìn)一步的模型開發(fā)必須將管制納入考慮,至少要考慮停候、近道和減速。
[Abstract]:The safety and efficiency of air traffic are clearly affected by inclement weather, especially in the take-off and landing area of the airport, where weather is the exception. Potential weather avoidance routes are also severely restricted by air traffic control. Therefore, weather avoidance model DIVMET has been developed. The model gives a suggested route. DIVMET can be applied to the TMA area of the Hong Kong International Airport by means of a site where thunderstorms are being formed but no air traffic control has been implemented therein. Because ATC units here are interested in increasing the workload of controllers by simulating avoidance routes. In particular, the ATC unit is used to manage the aircraft traffic. ATC units visually check the simulated avoidance routes, and the results are satisfactory. However, it is agreed to use the observed route to quantitatively verify the simulation. In this paper, we choose two real severe weather conditions in TMA area of Hong Kong, where there are thunderstorms and the traffic is seriously distorted. The main objective before any validation is to identify routes that are only affected by the weather but do not show any control signs. Route selection is completed on the basis of flight location data and several landing flights are selected. The results show that most of the 272 flights are affected by weather and control at the same time. This highlights the challenges for air traffic controllers to manage landing traffic safely and effectively in severe weather. Only a few weather-affected flights are not regulated. Can be used to verify that the .DIVMET simulation route is passed to the local air traffic controller. It is proved that these routes are potential and practical avoidance routes. The simulation of DIVMET weather avoidance routes in TMA region has some reference value, but further model development must take control into account. At least consider stopping, closing and decelerating.
