【摘要】：根據(jù)超燃發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒室的熱環(huán)境參數(shù)進(jìn)行傳感器冷卻換熱及應(yīng)變計(jì)算,研制了一種用于燃燒室高溫環(huán)境直接測量摩阻的傳感器,解決了傳感器的高溫隔熱、冷卻和靈敏度等問題,并進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定和校核。通過CARDC電弧加熱器開展了初步的測試試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬,結(jié)果表明,數(shù)值模擬和測試的摩阻相差達(dá)20%,雷諾比擬因子與文獻(xiàn)中0.7~1.3符合較好。
[Abstract]:The sensor cooling heat and strain is calculated according to the thermal environment parameters of scramjet combustion chamber, a sensor for measuring friction combustion chamber temperature environment was developed to solve the high-temperature heat sensor, cooling and sensitivity, and the calibration and verification. The CARDC test was carried out and the arc heater. Numerical simulation, preliminary results show that the friction of numerical simulation and test is 20%, 0.7~1.3 factor and Reynolds analogy in the literature agree well.
