道路材料與橋梁變形動(dòng)/靜態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)新方法研究

道路材料或橋梁變形測(cè)量均是結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)(SHM)系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)重要模塊,在實(shí)際工程中能夠通過(guò)不同的方式來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。通常來(lái)講,測(cè)量方法可以分為兩種類型:接觸式技術(shù)和非接觸式技術(shù)。在本研究中,考慮到非接觸式光學(xué)傳感方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn),分別開(kāi)發(fā)了兩種創(chuàng)新的二維和三維光學(xué)變形測(cè)量方法來(lái)測(cè)量瀝青混合料和橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的靜態(tài)/動(dòng)態(tài)變形。這些方法利用強(qiáng)大的圖像處理和分析算法來(lái)檢測(cè)和跟蹤相應(yīng)目標(biāo),能以方便、經(jīng)濟(jì)和節(jié)省時(shí)間的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)算瀝青混合物和橋梁變形的目的。此方法的一般步驟包括:攝像機(jī)校準(zhǔn)、圖像數(shù)據(jù)采集、失真圖像(2D或3D)校正、圖像處理和分析以及結(jié)構(gòu)變形計(jì)算等。本文提出了基于二維圖像的運(yùn)動(dòng)校正方法,用來(lái)消除由于相機(jī)移動(dòng)而產(chǎn)生的對(duì)橋梁實(shí)際變形測(cè)量的影響。該方法結(jié)合了圖像運(yùn)動(dòng)校正算法和基于2D圖像的變形測(cè)量技術(shù),通過(guò)在圖像內(nèi)定義相應(yīng)區(qū)域并使用迭代仿射運(yùn)動(dòng)估計(jì)器來(lái)估計(jì)圖像運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù),隨后校正振動(dòng)圖像并最終計(jì)算實(shí)際變形。本課題在實(shí)驗(yàn)室和實(shí)際工程中做了若干次實(shí)驗(yàn),用以驗(yàn)證本文所提出的方法的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性。首先,在兩個(gè)瀝青實(shí)驗(yàn)中通過(guò)測(cè)量瀝青混合料的垂向和徑向變形來(lái)驗(yàn)證二維和三維光學(xué)變形測(cè)量方法。然后通過(guò)瀝青單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果驗(yàn)證...
