密實型瀝青混凝土電磁感應加熱自修復技術研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面由于在長期的行車荷載和外界環(huán)境等作用下,會出現裂縫和松散等不同類型的病害,其路用性能會不同程度地降低,且同時降低瀝青路面的服務壽命,F階段的聚合物材料如防水劑、瀝青再生劑等被應用于瀝青路面的養(yǎng)護和修復,這些材料會不同程度地影響路面的養(yǎng)護費用和使用性能等。利用瀝青結合料本身存在裂縫愈合能力,同時結合瀝青的溫度敏感性等性能,電磁感應加熱技術被應用于瀝青路面的養(yǎng)護和裂縫修復上,通過電磁感應加熱摻導電材料的瀝青混凝土以提高其裂縫愈合性能是現階段瀝青路面修復方法中較先進的技術。本文在AC-13C瀝青混凝土中摻加導電材料——鋼絲絨,在研究摻鋼絲絨瀝青混凝土的組成、拌和工藝及其力學性能的基礎上,對摻鋼絲絨瀝青混凝土進行電磁感應加熱研究其溫度變化情況和裂縫愈合能力。首先,對摻三種不同類型的鋼絲絨瀝青混凝土進行組成設計,其中試驗所用鋼絲絨包括3.5mm、6.5mm長2#鋼絲絨和3.5mm長4#粉碎型鋼絲絨,鋼絲絨的摻量包括2%、4%和6%,通過組成和拌和工藝的研究確定了摻鋼絲絨瀝青混凝土的最佳拌和方式和拌和時間。其次,對摻鋼絲絨瀝青混凝土進行力學性能測試試驗,研究鋼絲絨的加入對瀝青混凝土帶來的影響及影響規(guī)律。力學性能試驗包括高溫、低溫及水穩(wěn)性能等,試驗研究表明不同類型和不同含量的鋼絲絨對瀝青混凝土的力學性能影響程度不同,其中高溫和水穩(wěn)定性能在鋼絲絨一定的摻量下表現出提高的作用,低溫性能則因鋼絲絨的加入表現出負面的影響。然后,通過對摻鋼絲絨瀝青混凝土馬歇爾試件和小梁試件進行感應加熱效率測試,研究試件在感應加熱條件下的溫度分布、變化情況,包括試件的溫度梯度和溫度升高、降低的速率;在確定感應加熱的速率后,將小梁試件在加熱至50℃、60℃、75℃和90℃四種溫度下,對試件進行三點彎曲試驗,研究瀝青混凝土感應加熱的愈合性能,試驗表明感應加熱會不同程度地提高摻鋼絲絨瀝青混凝土的愈合性能。最后,結合摻鋼絲絨瀝青混凝土的力學性能和感應加熱自愈合性能,對瀝青混凝土中所摻鋼絲絨進行優(yōu)化設計,并提出最佳的鋼絲絨類型和摻量。
[Abstract]:Due to the long-term driving load and external environment, asphalt pavement will appear cracks and loose and other different types of diseases, its road performance will be reduced to varying degrees, and at the same time reduce the service life of asphalt pavement. At present, polymer materials such as water repellent, asphalt regeneration agent and so on are used in the maintenance and repair of asphalt pavement, which will affect the maintenance cost and performance of pavement to varying degrees. Based on the crack healing ability of asphalt binder and the temperature sensitivity of asphalt, electromagnetic induction heating technology is applied to the maintenance and crack repair of asphalt pavement. In order to improve the crack healing performance of asphalt concrete mixed with conductive material by electromagnetic induction heating is an advanced technology in the repair method of asphalt pavement at present. In this paper, steel velvet, a conductive material, is added to AC-13C asphalt concrete, and the composition, mixing process and mechanical properties of steel velvet asphalt concrete are studied. The temperature change and crack healing ability of steel velvet asphalt concrete were studied by electromagnetic induction heating. First of all, the composition design of three different types of steel velvet asphalt concrete is carried out, in which the steel velvet used in the test includes 3.5mm, 6.5mm long 2# steel velvet and 3.5mm long 4# comminuted steel velvet, and the content of steel velvet includes 2%. 4% and 6%. The optimum mixing method and mixing time of steel velvet asphalt concrete were determined by the study of composition and mixing process. Secondly, the mechanical properties of steel velvet asphalt concrete are tested, and the influence and law of steel velvet addition on asphalt concrete are studied. The mechanical properties tests include high temperature, low temperature and water stability. The experimental results show that different types and contents of steel velvet have different effects on the mechanical properties of asphalt concrete. Among them, the high temperature and water stability show the effect of improving the steel velvet at a certain content, while the low temperature performance is negatively affected by the addition of steel velvet. Then, the temperature distribution and variation of the specimen under the condition of induction heating, including the temperature gradient and temperature increase of the specimen, are studied by testing the induction heating efficiency of the steel velvet asphalt concrete Marshall specimen and the beam specimen.
