基于嵌入式PLC的電子警察系統(tǒng)的設計與研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and economic level, the frequent occurrence of traffic accidents and the widespread occurrence of traffic violations are becoming more and more serious. Therefore, people's dependence on traffic illegal automatic capture system has become more and more strong, not only widely, but also more and more demanding. Especially for the law enforcement department, the demand for vehicle illegal automatic capture system is not only accurate, clear photos, but also reasonable design, stable operation, and enough compatibility. At present, illegal capture system integrators on the market are mixed, the technical level is uneven, and there are compatibility problems in various electronic police system control systems, which greatly limits the speed of updating the electronic police system. Obviously, it has been difficult to meet the traffic illegal capture of the market demand. According to the common problems of the capture control unit of the electronic police system and the requirement of the customers for the high stability of the system, this paper presents a solution to improve the multi-issue problem of the capture control unit by introducing the embedded PLC technology. Specifically, the embedded PLC is used to trigger the external shutter controller of the HD camera, so as to activate the HD camera and start the capture, in order to improve the stability of the capture unit of the electronic police system, and expand the compatibility of the system at the same time. The possibility is reserved for future system updates. In this paper, the architecture and working principle of the electronic police system with embedded PLC as the core of the capture unit are systematically discussed in view of the customers' demand for illegal capture of vehicles. How to use external shutter control unit to control high-definition camera and how to automatically capture illegal vehicle by detecting video stream, automatic identification of number plate and uploading of illegal information are described in detail. Finally, the general conclusion of the work completed in this paper is given, and the improvement ideas and directions in the next stage are put forward for the problems and shortcomings that still exist in the improved system. This paper systematically discusses the design principle, development and application of the electronic police system, which introduces embedded PLC technology into the capture control unit, and solves the shortage of the shooting accuracy of the traditional technology, such as false beat, missed beat, and so on. Poor compatibility and system instability.
