【摘要】：在高速公路快速發(fā)展的今天,計(jì)重收費(fèi)已成為治理超限貨車治理的重要手段。但計(jì)重設(shè)備精度不高對(duì)收費(fèi)秩序產(chǎn)生較大的影響,研究更適合高速公路計(jì)重收費(fèi)的計(jì)重設(shè)備有著強(qiáng)烈的需求。在進(jìn)行計(jì)重設(shè)備選擇時(shí),普遍認(rèn)為整車式計(jì)重設(shè)備具有較大優(yōu)勢(shì),但也出現(xiàn)了一些技術(shù)難點(diǎn)影響整車式計(jì)重設(shè)備的使用,本論文對(duì)高速公路整車式計(jì)重設(shè)備應(yīng)用研究,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先基于重慶高速公路貨運(yùn)車輛通行狀況與分析,指出目前計(jì)重收費(fèi)中存在的問(wèn)題,闡述了計(jì)重設(shè)備改造的必要性；然后分析了整車式計(jì)重設(shè)備的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),梳理高速公路推廣整車式計(jì)重設(shè)備需要解決的問(wèn)題,借鑒陜西、四川、云南等已實(shí)施整車式計(jì)重稱重實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合重慶高速公路收費(fèi)站條件,提出適合重慶實(shí)際情況的整車計(jì)重技術(shù)方案和重慶典型收費(fèi)站計(jì)重設(shè)備改造的設(shè)計(jì)方案；最后給出了重慶整車式計(jì)重系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方案建議。本文研究成果通過(guò)實(shí)際使用驗(yàn)證能夠滿足高速公路計(jì)重收費(fèi)的要求,將為重慶高速公路推進(jìn)計(jì)重設(shè)備革新提供重要參考和技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)支撐。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of expressway today, weight charging has become an important means to deal with overrun freight cars. However, the low precision of the weighing equipment has a great influence on the toll order, so there is a strong demand for the research of the weighing equipment which is more suitable for the highway weighing toll collection. In the selection of weighing equipment, it is generally believed that the whole-car weighing equipment has great advantages, but there are also some technical difficulties affecting the use of the whole-car weighing equipment. This paper studies the application of the whole-car-type weighing equipment on the expressway, and it also has some technical difficulties which affect the use of the whole-car weighing equipment. It is of great practical significance. Firstly, based on the analysis of the traffic condition of freight vehicles in Chongqing expressway, this paper points out the problems existing in the current toll collection by weight, and expounds the necessity of the reform of the weighing equipment. Then it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the whole-car weighing equipment, combs the problems that need to be solved to popularize the whole-car weighing equipment on the expressway, and draws lessons from the experiences of Shaanxi, Sichuan and Yunnan in the implementation of the whole-car weighing equipment. Combined with the condition of toll station of Chongqing expressway, the paper puts forward the technical scheme of vehicle weight measurement and the design scheme of weight measuring equipment reform of typical toll station in Chongqing. Finally, the implementation proposal of Chongqing full-car weighing system is given. The research results of this paper can meet the requirements of highway weight-weighing toll through practical application, which will provide important reference and technical foundation support for Chongqing expressway to promote the innovation of weight-weighing equipment.
