盾構(gòu)開(kāi)挖面楔形體支護(hù)壓力模型分析及改進(jìn)
[Abstract]:In order to maintain the stability of excavation surface of shield tunnel in sand stratum, the calculation formula of supporting pressure of excavating face is deduced based on two common area equivalent methods of wedge body model. At the same time, according to the experimental results of the existing wedge model and Takano 1g model, the wedge calculation model is improved from the angle of the shape of the damaged area of sand shield excavating surface. Under the condition of considering the loose earth pressure, the formula for calculating the active limit support pressure of shield excavating face is presented and simplified. The results of Chambon centrifugal model test are compared with the calculated results of wedge support pressure, and the new formula is analyzed based on the soil chamber pressure monitoring data of Xi'an shield tunnel project. The results show that the calculated results of the wedge model with the first area equivalent method are more accurate, and the main reason for the difference in the results of the different models is the influence of the friction force on the vertical side of the wedge body. At the same time, the calculated value of 1.5 times simplified formula is put forward as the suggested value of upper earth tank pressure setting.
