瀝青路面施工設(shè)備作業(yè)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系與施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:為保證瀝青路面的施工質(zhì)量,嚴(yán)格控制設(shè)備的作業(yè)質(zhì)量是必要條件之一。現(xiàn)行相關(guān)規(guī)范側(cè)重施工質(zhì)量的最終檢測(cè),缺乏對(duì)設(shè)備在各施工環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行有效的控制,尚未建立完整的設(shè)備作業(yè)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系。因此,為解決設(shè)備施工的質(zhì)量控制問題,迫切需要建立相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量指標(biāo)體系。本文通過建立數(shù)學(xué)模型、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)等方法對(duì)設(shè)備作業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響因素進(jìn)行研究,參考現(xiàn)有規(guī)范與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立瀝青路面施工設(shè)備作業(yè)指標(biāo)體系。該指標(biāo)包括兩方面內(nèi)容:一是施工設(shè)備自身參數(shù)與施工工藝指標(biāo),二是設(shè)備施工質(zhì)量的動(dòng)態(tài)檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對(duì)于瀝青混合料拌和設(shè)備,提出溫度控制、材料的計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確度,振動(dòng)篩分效率,拌和工藝等相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量指標(biāo);對(duì)于攤鋪設(shè)備,提出弦線基準(zhǔn)的拉力與樁距,攤鋪速度作業(yè)指標(biāo),以及攤鋪密實(shí)度與平整度的檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);針對(duì)各種壓路機(jī)壓實(shí)特性的差異,提出各壓實(shí)階段設(shè)備選用指標(biāo),建立壓實(shí)速度、碾壓遍數(shù)、以及壓實(shí)段長(zhǎng)度等作業(yè)質(zhì)量指標(biāo)和平整度與壓實(shí)度的檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。此外,本項(xiàng)研究在瀝青路面施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行大量的試驗(yàn)研究,驗(yàn)證了指標(biāo)體系的適用性。本文通過對(duì)一些關(guān)鍵施工技術(shù)的研究,提出一種確定瀝青路面攤鋪機(jī)作業(yè)共振頻率的工程方法和一種關(guān)于瀝青減量秤配料誤差修正的方法。對(duì)振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)與輪胎壓路機(jī)組合施工進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,提出合理的組合施工工藝。
[Abstract]:In order to guarantee the construction quality of asphalt pavement, strictly controlling the working quality of equipment is one of the necessary conditions. The current relevant codes focus on the final inspection of construction quality, lack of effective control of the equipment in each construction link, and have not yet established a complete equipment operation quality index system. Therefore, in order to solve the quality control problem of equipment construction, it is urgent to establish the corresponding quality index system. In this paper, the influencing factors of equipment operation quality are studied by establishing mathematical model, field test and so on. The operation index system of asphalt pavement construction equipment is established with reference to existing norms and standards. This index includes two aspects: one is the construction equipment's own parameters and the construction craft index, the other is the dynamic test standard of the equipment's construction quality. For the asphalt mixture mixing equipment, the corresponding quality indexes, such as temperature control, material metering accuracy, vibrating screen separation efficiency, mixing process and so on, are put forward. For spreading equipment, the tensile force and pile distance of chord datum, the operation index of spreading speed, and the inspection standard of spreading compactness and smoothness are put forward. Aiming at the difference of compaction characteristics of various compaction machines, this paper puts forward the selection index of equipment in each compaction stage, the establishment of working quality indexes, such as compaction speed, rolling times, and length of compaction section, as well as the inspection standards of smoothness and compactness. In addition, a large number of experiments are carried out on the asphalt pavement construction site, which verifies the applicability of the index system. Based on the study of some key construction techniques, this paper presents an engineering method for determining the resonance frequency of asphalt pavement paver and a method for correcting the proportioning error of asphalt reduction scale. The combined construction of vibratory roller and tire roller is studied, and the reasonable combined construction technology is put forward.
