綿陽市—環(huán)路北段東延線工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:近些年來,隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,我國對交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的投入逐漸增大,公路建設(shè)在此期間得到了飛速的發(fā)展。公路工程覆蓋區(qū)域廣,與社會(huì)民生關(guān)系密切,加上投資規(guī)模大、建設(shè)周期長、技術(shù)要求高的特點(diǎn),公路建設(shè)長期以來備受社會(huì)各界的關(guān)注。質(zhì)量是公路建設(shè)的重要指標(biāo),加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量管理與控制對保證公路工程的最終質(zhì)量、實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目社會(huì)價(jià)值而言至關(guān)重要。本文基于全面質(zhì)量管理理念,研究公路工程質(zhì)量控制的基本方法。論文首先對質(zhì)量管理及公路工程質(zhì)量控制的主要理論進(jìn)行了介紹,然后從理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的角度,以綿陽市一環(huán)路北段東延線工程項(xiàng)目為研究對象,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的基本特點(diǎn)分析項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制的影響因素,在綜合考慮組織結(jié)構(gòu)、材料購置、設(shè)備準(zhǔn)備、技術(shù)方法和施工環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,基于全面管理理論對項(xiàng)目的TQM要素進(jìn)行了分析,并從建立組織保證體系,做好施工準(zhǔn)備階段、施工階段、施工掃尾期的質(zhì)量控制工作以及協(xié)調(diào)處理質(zhì)量與成本、進(jìn)度的關(guān)系等方面入手,提出質(zhì)量控制的具體對策,建立了一套較為完整的質(zhì)量控制體系,最后介紹了 PDCA質(zhì)量管理理論在公路過程中的應(yīng)用,并以綿陽市一環(huán)路北段東延線工程項(xiàng)目前的施工情況為例,將PDCA質(zhì)量管理循環(huán)理論運(yùn)用其中,取得滿意的結(jié)果。論文通過理論研究與實(shí)例分析,把時(shí)下較為先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量管理理念應(yīng)用于公路工程建設(shè)中,對提高公路工程質(zhì)量管理水平而言具有積極的作用。本研究究不僅在一定程度上對綿陽市一環(huán)路北段東延線工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理與控制起到了指導(dǎo)作用,同時(shí)也可為其他公路工程的建設(shè)提供質(zhì)量管理方面的參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of market economy, the investment in transportation infrastructure in China has gradually increased, and highway construction has been developing rapidly during this period. Highway engineering covers a wide area and has a close relationship with the people's livelihood. In addition, with the characteristics of large scale of investment, long construction period and high technical requirements, highway construction has been concerned by all walks of life for a long time. Quality is an important index of highway construction. It is very important to strengthen quality management and control to ensure the final quality of highway engineering and realize the social value of the project. Based on the concept of total quality management, this paper studies the basic methods of highway engineering quality control. This paper first introduces the main theories of quality management and highway engineering quality control, and then, from the angle of combining theory with practice, takes the project of east extension line of Yihuan Road in Mianyang City as the research object. According to the basic characteristics of the project, the influence factors of project quality control are analyzed. Based on the comprehensive consideration of organization structure, material acquisition, equipment preparation, technical method and construction environment, Based on the theory of overall management, this paper analyzes the TQM elements of the project, and from the aspects of setting up the organization guarantee system, doing well the quality control work in the construction preparation stage and the finishing stage of the construction, and coordinating the quality and cost, Starting with the relation of progress and so on, this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures of quality control, establishes a set of relatively complete quality control system, and finally introduces the application of PDCA quality management theory in highway process. Taking the construction situation of the east extension line in the north section of Yihuan Road in Mianyang as an example, the theory of PDCA quality management cycle is applied, and the satisfactory results are obtained. Through theoretical research and example analysis, this paper applies the advanced quality management concept to highway engineering construction, which plays an active role in improving the quality management level of highway engineering. This research not only plays a guiding role in the quality management and control of the east extension line project in the north section of Yihuan Road in Mianyang to a certain extent, but also provides a reference for the quality management of other highway projects.
