細粒式薄表層瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計及路用性能研究

【摘要】:如何在有限的財力、物力條件下設(shè)計出使用功能好、耐久性強的瀝青路面是西部公路建設(shè)面臨的重大課題。薄表層瀝青混凝土路面具有的良好經(jīng)濟和社會效益,在倡導可持續(xù)發(fā)展的今天,薄表層瀝青混凝土路面必將在我國使用得越來越廣泛。本文從混合料配合比設(shè)計和路用性能兩方面,對細粒式薄表層瀝青混合料進行系統(tǒng)深入的研究。通過粗集料抗剪強度影響因素相關(guān)性分析,認為內(nèi)摩阻角度可以評價粗集料級配的骨架強度穩(wěn)定性。采用粗集料-瀝青膠漿混合料單軸貫入試驗方法,結(jié)合粗集料干插搗試驗,建立了以粗集料內(nèi)摩阻角和骨架間隙率為雙指標控制的粗集料級配設(shè)計體系。借鑒SAC細級配設(shè)計理念,并結(jié)合粗集料級配設(shè)計方法,提出了強骨架細粒式薄表層橡膠瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計方法。通過細粒式薄表層瀝青混合料常規(guī)路用性能試驗,分析了不同級配、不同外摻劑、不同鋪筑條件對混合料性能的影響,重點研究了不同鋪筑條件對細粒式薄表層瀝青路面高溫穩(wěn)定性能的影響,提出了適用于細粒式薄表層瀝青混合料的材料組成。通過分析認為,細粒式薄表層瀝青混合料單位厚度行車荷載沖擊破壞能量較高和混合料連通空隙較多是導致薄表層耐久性差的根本原因。本文自主研發(fā)自落式?jīng)_擊儀及相應(yīng)的沖擊凍融劈裂評價方法能反映薄表層瀝青混合料使用情況,其相應(yīng)評價指標-沖擊凍融損傷度D與薄表層混合料耐久性相關(guān)性良好,通過不同級配、不同瀝青、不同厚度瀝青混合料沖擊凍融試驗,分析了各因素對耐久性能的影響,推薦了具有優(yōu)異耐久性能的細粒式薄表層瀝青混合料材料組成。根據(jù)細粒式薄表層瀝青混合料抗滑和降噪性能試驗,分析了不同因素對薄表層瀝青路面表面功能的影響,采用路面長期安全效益值Eeff評價路面的抗滑持久性,給出了具有良好抗滑降噪功能的細粒式薄表層瀝青混合料推薦組成。通過試驗路方案設(shè)計、試驗路施工和試驗路的檢測,結(jié)合不同鋪筑厚度、瀝青混合料形式、外摻劑摻量的鋪筑方案,驗證了細粒式薄表層瀝青混合料路面的適用性。
[Abstract]:How to design asphalt pavement with good function and strong durability under the condition of limited financial and material resources is an important subject for highway construction in western China. The thin surface asphalt concrete pavement has the good economic and social benefits. Today, the thin surface asphalt concrete pavement will be used more and more widely in our country. In this paper, the fine grained thin surface asphalt mixture is studied systematically and deeply from two aspects of mixture mix design and road performance. Based on the correlation analysis of the factors affecting the shear strength of coarse aggregate, it is considered that the internal friction angle can evaluate the stability of skeleton strength of coarse aggregate gradation. By adopting the method of uniaxial penetration test of coarse aggregate and asphalt mortar mixture and combining with dry insertion test of coarse aggregate, a design system of coarse aggregate gradation is established, which is controlled by the internal friction angle of coarse aggregate and the ratio of skeleton clearance. Based on the concept of SAC fine gradation design and the coarse aggregate gradation design method, this paper puts forward the design method of the mix proportion of the strong skeleton fine grained thin surface rubber asphalt mixture. The influence of different gradation, different admixture and different paving conditions on the performance of fine grained thin surface asphalt mixture is analyzed by the conventional pavement performance test. The influence of different paving conditions on the high temperature stability of fine grained thin surface asphalt pavement is studied, and the composition of materials suitable for fine grain thin surface asphalt mixture is put forward. Through analysis, it is considered that the high impact failure energy of fine grained thin surface asphalt mixture per unit thickness driving load and the more connected voids of the mixture are the fundamental reasons for the poor durability of thin surface asphalt mixture. In this paper, the self-falling impact instrument and the corresponding impact freeze-thaw splitting evaluation method can reflect the use of thin surface asphalt mixture. The impact freeze-thaw damage degree D has a good correlation with the durability of thin surface asphalt mixture. Through the impact freeze-thaw test of asphalt mixture with different gradation, different asphalt and different thickness, the influence of various factors on durability is analyzed, and the composition of fine grained thin surface asphalt mixture with excellent durability is recommended. According to the test of anti-slip and de-noising performance of fine grained thin surface asphalt mixture, the influence of different factors on the surface function of thin surface asphalt pavement is analyzed. The long-term safety benefit value (Eeff) of pavement is used to evaluate the anti-slip durability of pavement. The recommended composition of fine-grained thin surface asphalt mixture with good anti-slip and noise-reducing function is given. Through the design of the test road, the construction of the test road and the testing of the test road, combined with the different paving thickness, the form of asphalt mixture and the amount of admixture, the applicability of the fine grained thin surface asphalt mixture pavement is verified.
