新火車站背景下石家莊公交線網(wǎng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:交通是城市的動(dòng)脈。近幾年來我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,城市機(jī)動(dòng)化水平越來越高,交通擁堵、事故頻發(fā)問題日益突出。優(yōu)先發(fā)展公交已經(jīng)被普遍認(rèn)為緩解這些問題的既經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)保又節(jié)約資源的方法。合理科學(xué)的公交線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,可以在有限的資源條件下充分開發(fā)公交自身的潛力、提高公交運(yùn)營(yíng)效率,增大載客容量和改善服務(wù)水平、實(shí)現(xiàn)公交運(yùn)能科學(xué)配置。針對(duì)石家莊新火車開通后,火車站周圍道路擁堵、公交線網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)尚不完善等現(xiàn)狀,本文分別對(duì)已投入使用的西廣場(chǎng)方向的公交線網(wǎng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,對(duì)在建的東廣場(chǎng)方向的公交線路進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì),以期到達(dá)減少乘客出行時(shí)間、方便出行的目的。首先通過火車站附近公交站點(diǎn)問卷調(diào)查的方式,確定了影響乘客選擇公交服務(wù)的影響因素,從而確定了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)。然后根據(jù)交通調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),分析西廣場(chǎng)方向公交線網(wǎng)存在的問題,從公交站點(diǎn)和線路調(diào)整兩方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),通過vissim軟件對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案仿真。最后根據(jù)目前東廣場(chǎng)附近公交站和公交線路的現(xiàn)狀,從新開線路、調(diào)整既有線路公交站點(diǎn)、設(shè)置公交專用道三個(gè)方面,提出設(shè)計(jì)方案,旨在方便乘客出行。本文針對(duì)目前石家莊火車站周邊公交存在的問題,對(duì)周邊區(qū)域公交線網(wǎng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),以期達(dá)到方便居民出行、緩解交通擁堵的目的,同時(shí)對(duì)政府相關(guān)部門的規(guī)劃和管理具有積極的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Traffic is the artery of the city. In recent years, China's economy has developed rapidly, the level of urban motorization has become higher and higher, traffic congestion and frequent accidents have become increasingly prominent. Giving priority to public transportation has been widely regarded as an economic and environmental-friendly and resource-saving way to alleviate these problems. Reasonable and scientific bus network planning can fully develop the potential of public transport under the condition of limited resources, improve the efficiency of public transport operation, increase the capacity of carrying passengers and improve the level of service, and realize the scientific allocation of public transport capacity. In view of the traffic congestion around the railway station and the imperfect structure of the bus network after the opening of the new train in Shijiazhuang, this paper respectively optimizes the public transport network in the direction of West Square, which has been put into use. In order to reduce the travel time of passengers and make it convenient to travel, the scheme design of the public transport line in the direction of East Square is carried out in order to achieve the goal of reducing the travel time of passengers. Firstly, through the questionnaire survey of the bus station near the railway station, the factors influencing the passenger's choice of bus service are determined, and the objective of the optimization design is determined. Then according to the traffic survey data, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the bus network in the direction of West Square, and optimizes the design from two aspects of bus station and route adjustment, and simulates the design scheme through vissim software. Finally, according to the current situation of public transport station and bus line near East Square, the paper reopens the new line, adjusts the existing line bus station, and sets up the bus lane, and puts forward the design scheme, aiming at facilitating passengers to travel. Aiming at the existing problems of public transportation around Shijiazhuang Railway Station, this paper optimizes the design of bus network around Shijiazhuang Railway Station in order to make it convenient for residents to travel and ease traffic congestion. At the same time, the planning and management of relevant government departments have positive reference significance.
