大興區(qū)舊忠路3#標(biāo)段項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)度控制管理對工程項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施非常重要,如果進(jìn)度管理不當(dāng),很可能會導(dǎo)致資源的浪費(fèi),波及項(xiàng)目的成本與質(zhì)量,甚至還會影響到項(xiàng)目的成敗。對于項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理而言,其主要目的在于找到哪些是會導(dǎo)致實(shí)際進(jìn)度與基準(zhǔn)進(jìn)度產(chǎn)生偏差的因素,并在工程的實(shí)施過程中采取相應(yīng)的措施,以使得這些影響因素得到有效管控,糾正它們所產(chǎn)生的不良影響。本文通過對大興區(qū)舊忠路3#標(biāo)段項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行施工進(jìn)度控制的實(shí)際應(yīng)用研究,從分析影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的因素著手,運(yùn)用PDCA進(jìn)度控制原理,采用橫道圖、進(jìn)度報(bào)告等方法,對大興區(qū)舊忠路3#標(biāo)段項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度控制分析,并通過采用加強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)溝通、調(diào)整工序間邏輯關(guān)系、壓縮某項(xiàng)工序持續(xù)時(shí)間、改變實(shí)施策略等進(jìn)度控制方法,對大興區(qū)舊忠路3#標(biāo)段項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度控制調(diào)整。在科學(xué)合理制定進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,對項(xiàng)目實(shí)際進(jìn)度進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤觀測,及時(shí)查找進(jìn)度滯后原因并采取針對性控制措施,通過這樣一種環(huán)環(huán)相扣的控制管理方法,從整體上和各階段達(dá)到對項(xiàng)目實(shí)際進(jìn)度有效控制,上述這些做法對類似的市政道路建設(shè)進(jìn)度控制問題或許有一定的比照意義。
[Abstract]:Schedule control management is very important to the smooth implementation of the project. If the schedule is not managed properly, it will probably lead to the waste of resources, and affect the cost and quality of the project, and even affect the success or failure of the project. For project schedule management, its main purpose is to find out which factors will lead to deviation between actual progress and benchmark progress, and to take appropriate measures in the implementation of the project, so that these factors can be effectively controlled. Correct their adverse effects. In this paper, through the practical application research on the construction schedule control of the Daxing district's Jiuzhong road, the factors that affect the project progress are analyzed, the principle of PDCA progress control is used, the horizontal road diagram, the progress report and so on are adopted. This paper analyzes the progress control of the Daxing district's Jiuzhong road segment project, and adopts some progress control methods, such as strengthening coordination and communication, adjusting the logical relationship between the processes, reducing the duration of a certain process, changing the implementation strategy, etc. To the Daxing District old-Zhong road section of the project schedule control adjustment. On the basis of making progress plan scientifically and reasonably, the actual progress of the project is tracked and observed in real time, the reason of lag of progress is found in time, and targeted control measures are taken. The actual progress of the project can be controlled effectively in the whole and in various stages, which may have some comparative significance to the similar municipal road construction progress control problem.
