舊水泥混凝土路面預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)與維修技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of highway network in China is increasing, but with the continuous improvement of road network, the density of highway network is approaching saturation. At the same time, the early construction of cement concrete pavement with the service life of or close to, pavement structure damage is increasingly serious. Although the construction time of some roads is not long, some pavement functions are lost due to the slight damage due to the design and construction or traffic load. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the reconstruction and maintenance of roads while maintaining the strength of new roads, so as to achieve the purpose of supporting the national economic development by road infrastructure. For the preventive maintenance and maintenance technology of the old cement concrete pavement, first of all, it can effectively prevent the further development of the pavement damage, and delay the overhaul and reconstruction of the high cost cement concrete pavement through active maintenance. Prolonging the service life of roads; Secondly, it can restore the surface driving function of the road, improve the road driving safety, and improve the driver's driving comfort. Finally, the maintenance of the road uses the strength and material of the old road to the maximum extent, and it is relatively new that the reconstruction of the road has better economic and environmental protection benefits. Taking the G110 national highway project as a clue, this paper makes a comprehensive and detailed summary and analysis from the investigation and collection of the road construction and maintenance data, the detection of the old road surface and the disease investigation, the disease analysis and comprehensive treatment to the overlay scheme of the thin-layer overlay. This paper mainly introduces the technical scheme and method used in engineering, and supplements some other methods and related theories for reference. In addition, the latest test results of G110 national highway (Changping-Yanqing section) are cited in the design of thin layer covering, which can promote the application of new technology and materials in engineering.
