基于海綿城市的城市道路系統(tǒng)化設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國城市暴雨積澇災(zāi)害頻發(fā),而傳統(tǒng)城市道路普遍存在排洪壓力大、雨水資源流失等問題,不僅給生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來了極大的危害,也給人們造成了嚴(yán)重的生命財產(chǎn)損失,已經(jīng)無法滿足生態(tài)保護(hù)和社會發(fā)展的需求。為此,我國提出了“海綿城市”的概念,采用LID(低影響開發(fā))技術(shù)和設(shè)施來進(jìn)行雨水徑流控制。本論文研究的海綿城市理念下的城市道路系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,能夠有效地緩解雨水排放問題、改善城市道路水文生態(tài)環(huán)境。論文首先提出海綿城市道路系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的概念、要點(diǎn)、對象、思路和原則;分析了海綿城市道路系統(tǒng)與LID的關(guān)系,總結(jié)了LID設(shè)施在城市道路中的應(yīng)用對象。其次,從我國城市道路實(shí)際情況出發(fā),借鑒國內(nèi)外相關(guān)工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),構(gòu)建了海綿城市道路系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計體系,具體分為:①海綿城市路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃:通過對傳統(tǒng)城市路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的研究,總結(jié)了海綿城市路網(wǎng)的影響因素、規(guī)劃思路和規(guī)劃原則。②海綿城市道路設(shè)計:總結(jié)了海綿城市道路與傳統(tǒng)城市道路的區(qū)別;對城市道路進(jìn)行了LID設(shè)施的選擇及其組合優(yōu)化設(shè)計;對道路紅線外用地進(jìn)行了LID技術(shù)和設(shè)施的選擇,并對建筑、小區(qū)進(jìn)行了LID設(shè)施的優(yōu)化設(shè)計;通過對海綿城市道路特征的研究,給出了海綿城市道路的橫斷面布置型式。最后,以商洛市為例,針對其城市道路系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀問題,給出了海綿城市理念下的商洛市路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃和商鞅大道設(shè)計并采用SWMM模型對商鞅大道設(shè)計方案進(jìn)行了雨水徑流量模擬評價,得出海綿城市道路的雨水徑流控制優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)城市道路,更有利于保護(hù)城市道路系統(tǒng)的生態(tài)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In recent years, urban rainstorm accumulation and waterlogging disasters occur frequently in our country. However, the traditional urban roads have many problems, such as high flood discharge pressure and loss of rain and water resources, which not only bring great harm to the ecological environment, but also cause serious loss of life and property to people. It has been unable to meet the needs of ecological protection and social development. Therefore, the concept of "sponge city" is put forward in China, and Rain Water runoff control is carried out by using LID (low impact Development) technology and facilities. In this paper, the design of urban road system under the concept of sponge city can effectively alleviate the emission problem of Rain Water and improve the hydrological ecological environment of urban roads. Firstly, the concept, key points, objects, ideas and principles of sponge city road system design are put forward, and the relationship between sponge city road system and LID is analyzed, and the application object of LID facilities in urban road is summarized. Secondly, the planning and design system of sponge urban road system is constructed based on the actual situation of urban roads in China and the relevant engineering experiences at home and abroad. It is divided into: 1 sponge city road network planning: through the traditional urban road network planning research, summed up the sponge city road network influence factors, Planning ideas and planning principles. 2 Sponge urban road design: summarized the differences between sponge urban roads and traditional urban roads; The selection and combination optimization design of LID facilities for urban roads, the selection of LID technology and facilities for the outside use of road red lines, and the optimal design of LID facilities for buildings and residential areas are carried out. Based on the study of the characteristics of spongy city road, the cross section layout of sponge city road is given. Finally, taking Shangluo City as an example, aiming at the current situation of its urban road system, In this paper, the planning of Shangluo road network and the design of Shangyang Avenue under the concept of sponge city are given, and the Rain Water runoff simulation evaluation of the design scheme of Shangyang Avenue is carried out by using SWMM model. It is concluded that Rain Water runoff control of sponge city road is superior to that of traditional urban road. More conducive to the protection of urban road system ecological environment.
