橡膠瀝青應(yīng)力吸收層瀝青路面抗裂性能研究
[Abstract]:Semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is the main form of asphalt pavement in our country, but semi-rigid base material will produce temperature shrinkage crack and dry shrinkage crack, these cracks extend from semi-rigid base to surface layer further, that is, produce reflection crack. In this paper, the method of adding rubber asphalt stress absorption layer between the surface layer of asphalt concrete pavement and semi-rigid base is used to prevent the reflection crack. The following researches are carried out: firstly, the theory of stress intensity factor and its application in asphalt pavement with cracks are systematically studied. Then, a three-dimensional finite element model of rubber asphalt stress absorption layer with cracks is established on the basis of considering interlayer contact, and the crack prevention mechanism of rubber asphalt stress absorption layer is studied. By changing the parameters of rubber asphalt stress absorption layer, the influence of rubber asphalt stress absorption layer on crack propagation is analyzed. At the same time, the variation law of tensile stress, shear stress, surface deflection and stress intensity factor at crack tip of asphalt concrete pavement are considered. Find out the best elastic modulus and thickness of rubber asphalt stress absorption layer. The influence of different tire pressure on tensile stress and shear stress of asphalt concrete pavement under heavy load traffic is analyzed. The results show that the heavy load traffic has a great influence on the damaged asphalt concrete pavement. By setting the rubber asphalt stress absorption layer, the damage can be alleviated and the probability of reflection crack can be greatly reduced. The ABAQUS software is used to analyze the reasonable thickness and elastic modulus of rubber asphalt absorption layer under heavy traffic. Considering the effect of low temperature and load coupling, the influence of rubber asphalt stress absorption layer on asphalt concrete pavement is analyzed. Thus the reasonable parameters of the stress absorption layer are determined. Considering the deflection value of pavement surface and the tensile stress of base layer, the ABAQUS finite element analysis of light, medium and heavy traffic grade pavement with rubber asphalt is carried out. By using ABAQUS software, the variation of pavement surface deflection value and base tensile stress of semi-rigid base layer can be obtained under the condition of different thickness of rubber asphalt stress absorption layer and semi-rigid base course thickness. Three kinds of pavement structure optimization schemes with rubber asphalt stress absorption layer are introduced. Through the above research, it is hoped that the research results of this paper can bring certain economic and social benefits in the course of practice, and provide reference for the prevention and cure of asphalt concrete pavement cracks and the maintenance of asphalt concrete pavement.
