【摘要】：為滿足世界上跨度最大的公鐵兩用斜拉橋——滬通長江大橋的建造要求,從母材基本性能、工廠制造性能和設(shè)計參數(shù)3個方面研究Q500qE鋼的拉伸、低溫韌性和防斷性能,切割、焊接和熱矯形加工性能,以及結(jié)構(gòu)安全儲備、疲勞抗力和壓桿穩(wěn)定折減系數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:Q500qE鋼在具有高屈服強度的同時還具有良好的塑性;16和32mm厚的Q500qE鋼板在11~-50℃的環(huán)境溫度下具有良好的防斷能力,44和60 mm厚的Q500qE鋼板在低于-40℃時低溫防斷性能有所降低;Q500qE鋼的焰切和焊接工藝性良好,對接焊縫、熔透角焊縫、坡口角焊縫和T形角焊縫的表觀和內(nèi)部質(zhì)量均能達到質(zhì)量要求;Q500qE鋼的焊接矯形溫度不應(yīng)超過750℃,而且在屈強比不大于0.86時具有與普通鋼材相當?shù)陌踩珒?Q500qE鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞設(shè)計可采用現(xiàn)有規(guī)范中的疲勞抗力設(shè)計指標。基于各國相關(guān)規(guī)范的研究思路和有限元計算結(jié)果給出了Q500qE鋼壓桿穩(wěn)定折減系數(shù)的推薦值。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of the construction of Hutong Yangtze River Bridge, which has the largest span in the world, the tensile strength, low temperature toughness and fracture resistance of Q500qE steel are studied from three aspects: the basic properties of base metal, the manufacturing performance of the factory and the design parameters. The results show that Q500qE steel not only has high yield strength but also has good plasticity.
