某洗選廠帶式輸送機(jī)管桁架棧橋設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:近年來(lái)我國(guó)工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)水平迅速提高,采用傳統(tǒng)的汽車機(jī)械進(jìn)行物料運(yùn)輸無(wú)法保證生產(chǎn)連續(xù)性,而且會(huì)帶來(lái)較高的運(yùn)輸成本。在這種情況下,采用連續(xù)運(yùn)輸?shù)墓軒�、皮帶不僅能保證物料的連續(xù)供應(yīng),還能實(shí)現(xiàn)物料運(yùn)輸?shù)淖詣?dòng)化控制,運(yùn)輸成本得到有效降低。這就促使了承載此類機(jī)械設(shè)備的棧橋在煤炭、水泥、冶金等生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域得到大量應(yīng)用。和混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)形式的棧橋相比,鋼桁架式棧橋具有自重輕,占地少,跨度大,外形美觀,抗震性能好,施工周期短等一系列優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文采用stcad管結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)軟件,以某煤礦皮帶棧橋桁架設(shè)計(jì)為例,對(duì)管桁架棧橋進(jìn)行分析、研究。首先根據(jù)工程特點(diǎn),提出了總體的設(shè)計(jì)方案。包括棧橋整體結(jié)構(gòu)的組成、整體傳力途徑、棧橋跨度及其布置范圍。其次對(duì)組成棧橋的兩大主要結(jié)構(gòu)即棧橋桁架、支撐桁架,進(jìn)行細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì),包括其具體尺寸的確定,棧橋和支撐結(jié)構(gòu)連接處棧橋支座的確定等。然后對(duì)這兩部分分別進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)建模、計(jì)算分析,最后對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)中遇到的問(wèn)題,對(duì)規(guī)范中尚未明確規(guī)定的相關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)如計(jì)算單元選取、弦腹桿布置形式、角度等方面進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,總結(jié)出了相應(yīng)的做法。設(shè)計(jì)的棧橋受力合理、安全經(jīng)濟(jì)。分析得出:棧橋桁架和支撐桁架可看成兩種結(jié)構(gòu)獨(dú)立建模,根據(jù)計(jì)算分析,桿件以軸向變形為主,可以充分利用鋼構(gòu)件的強(qiáng)度,發(fā)揮桿件特性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the level of industrial production in China has been improved rapidly. The traditional automobile machinery can not guarantee the continuity of production, and it will bring higher transportation cost. In this case, the belt can not only guarantee the continuous supply of materials, but also realize the automatic control of material transportation, and reduce the transportation cost effectively. Therefore, the trestle with such mechanical equipment has been widely used in coal, cement, metallurgy and other fields. Compared with the concrete trestle, the steel truss trestle has a series of advantages, such as light weight, less occupation, large span, beautiful appearance, good seismic performance, short construction period and so on. In this paper, the pipe truss is analyzed and studied by stcad pipe structure design software, taking the design of belt trestle truss in a coal mine as an example. First of all, according to the characteristics of the project, the overall design scheme is put forward. It includes the whole structure of the trestle, the whole transmission way, the span of the trestle and the range of arrangement. Secondly, the two main structures composed of the trestle truss, supporting truss, are designed in detail, including the determination of the specific dimensions, the determination of the trestle support at the joint of the trestle and the supporting structure, and so on. Then the structural modeling, calculation and analysis of the two parts are carried out respectively. Finally, the problems encountered in the design are compared and analyzed in the aspects of the selection of calculation units, the arrangement of chord webs, the angle and so on, which are not clearly specified in the code. The corresponding methods are summarized. The designed trestle is reasonable in force and safe and economical. It is concluded that trestle truss and braced truss can be regarded as independent modeling of two kinds of structures. According to calculation and analysis, the members are mainly subjected to axial deformation, which can make full use of the strength of steel members and give full play to the characteristics of the members.
