四位電梯式立體車庫(kù)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)及控制系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著汽車擁有量的不斷增加,城市中停車位不足的問(wèn)題日趨嚴(yán)重,建造立體停車庫(kù)成為解決該問(wèn)題的重要途徑。本文以電梯式立體車庫(kù)為研究背景,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)建模與仿真技術(shù),研究存取機(jī)構(gòu)及控制系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化問(wèn)題。主要研究工作有:對(duì)比分析了當(dāng)前主要立體車庫(kù)類型的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和運(yùn)行原理,對(duì)電梯式立體車庫(kù)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改良,采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的主體建筑結(jié)構(gòu),利用軟件MIDAS/GEN進(jìn)行了建模分析,從經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性得出最佳方案。對(duì)存取機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,改變提升方式與提升電機(jī)的安裝位置,并通過(guò)計(jì)算拽引力來(lái)選取拽引電機(jī);針對(duì)不同種類的載車板,進(jìn)行機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)及運(yùn)行效率模擬對(duì)比分析,對(duì)電梯式立體車庫(kù)的橫移機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,利用CAD和Inventor軟件建立立體車庫(kù)存取機(jī)構(gòu)的二維和三維模型。用數(shù)字信號(hào)處理器DSP代替可編程控制器PLC作為車庫(kù)系統(tǒng)控制核心,對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的軟硬件方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)利用DSP的無(wú)線收發(fā)技術(shù),對(duì)立體車庫(kù)的信息傳遞采用無(wú)線通信方式。設(shè)計(jì)車庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)的操作界面,利用軟件組態(tài)王6.55進(jìn)行界面的設(shè)計(jì)和仿真,使存取車過(guò)程可視化,實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)并監(jiān)控整個(gè)存取車過(guò)程,實(shí)現(xiàn)用戶自主存取車。研究結(jié)果表明:改良后的立體車庫(kù),其建造成本、運(yùn)行效率、安全性、可操作性等指標(biāo)得到了顯著優(yōu)化,為立體車庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)與建造提供了一定的理論依據(jù)與方法。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of car ownership, the problem of insufficient parking space in cities is becoming more and more serious, and the construction of three-dimensional parking garage becomes an important way to solve this problem. In this paper, the optimization of access mechanism and control system is studied by using system modeling and simulation technology. The main research work is as follows: comparing and analyzing the structure characteristics and operation principle of the main types of car-garage at present, improving the building structure of elevator stereoscopic garage, adopting the main building structure of steel structure, The software MIDAS/GEN is used to model and analyze, and the best scheme is obtained from economy and security. The structure of the access mechanism is optimized to change the hoisting mode and the mounting position of the hoisting motor, and the drag motor is selected by calculating the pull force. Aiming at different kinds of car-carrying boards, the mechanical structure and operation efficiency are compared and analyzed, and the structure optimization of the elevator stereoscopic garage is carried out. The two-dimensional and three-dimensional models of the storage and storage mechanism of the three-dimensional garage are established by using CAD and Inventor software. The digital signal processor (DSP) is used to replace the programmable controller (PLC) as the control core of the garage system. The hardware and software scheme of the control system is designed. At the same time, the wireless communication mode is adopted to transmit the information of the stereo garage by using the wireless transceiver technology of DSP. The operating interface of the garage management system is designed. The interface is designed and simulated by using the software Kingview 6.55. The process of access vehicle is visualized, the whole process of access vehicle is detected and monitored in real time, and the user can access the vehicle independently. The results show that the construction cost, operation efficiency, safety and maneuverability of the improved stereoscopic garage have been significantly optimized, which provides a certain theoretical basis and method for the design and construction of the stereoscopic garage.
