考慮窄路密網(wǎng)布局理念的城市路網(wǎng)容量研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)“寬?cǎi)R路,疏路網(wǎng)”布局理念下城市道路網(wǎng)滋生的交通問(wèn)題,窄路密網(wǎng)布局理念成為我國(guó)城市路網(wǎng)布局的新趨勢(shì)。在這樣的背景下,把握城市路網(wǎng)特性,精準(zhǔn)地計(jì)算路網(wǎng)容量,對(duì)于從總體上估計(jì)路網(wǎng)供給能力,有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行交通規(guī)劃與管理有重要意義。因此,論文考慮新布局理念下路網(wǎng)特性變化對(duì)路網(wǎng)容量的影響,構(gòu)建適用于窄路密網(wǎng)布局理念下路網(wǎng)的容量模型。從路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、路網(wǎng)密度、道路寬度、交通組織、交叉口五個(gè)方面分析窄路密網(wǎng)布局理念下路網(wǎng)特性,并結(jié)合路網(wǎng)功能協(xié)調(diào)性、機(jī)動(dòng)化水平、交通管理、公交適應(yīng)性、行人過(guò)街需求五個(gè)界定因素和相關(guān)規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn),界定新布局理念下路網(wǎng)特性指標(biāo)。通過(guò)SD(System Dynamics)模型的因果鏈篩選道路交通條件中對(duì)路網(wǎng)容量產(chǎn)生影響的關(guān)鍵因素;分別從路網(wǎng)布局機(jī)理、交通個(gè)體路徑選擇過(guò)程和結(jié)果的角度,分析路網(wǎng)供給與交通需求匹配程度、交通個(gè)體路徑選擇對(duì)路網(wǎng)容量的影響;結(jié)合窄路密網(wǎng)布局特性,總結(jié)該特性對(duì)路網(wǎng)容量的影響。基于經(jīng)典的時(shí)空消耗思想,考慮窄路密網(wǎng)布局特性的影響,分別討論路網(wǎng)時(shí)空總資源和交通個(gè)體時(shí)空消耗的計(jì)算模型,并考慮服務(wù)水平、交通組織、橫斷面形式、供給與需求的匹配程度對(duì)模型進(jìn)行修正,并給出模型計(jì)算流程。以昆明呈貢新區(qū)低碳示范區(qū)為例,應(yīng)用構(gòu)建的模型,對(duì)比分析其加密路網(wǎng)前后的路網(wǎng)布局特性及路網(wǎng)容量,評(píng)估容量改變效果,并總結(jié)模型應(yīng)用前景。本文構(gòu)建的窄路密網(wǎng)布局理念下路網(wǎng)容量模型,充分考慮新布局理念下路網(wǎng)特性及其對(duì)容量的影響,更適用于城市路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃新趨勢(shì)下容量的計(jì)算。
[Abstract]:In view of the traffic problems arising from the traditional "wide road, sparse road network" layout concept, the narrow road network layout concept has become a new trend of urban road network layout in China. Under this background, it is important to grasp the characteristics of urban road network and calculate the capacity of road network accurately, which is of great significance to estimate the supply capacity of road network as a whole and to carry out traffic planning and management. Therefore, considering the influence of the change of road network characteristics on the capacity of the road network under the new layout concept, the capacity model of the road network under the concept of narrow road dense network layout is constructed. This paper analyzes the road network characteristics under the concept of narrow road network layout from five aspects: road network structure, road network density, road width, traffic organization and intersection, and combines network function coordination, motorization level, traffic management, public transport adaptability. Five defining factors of pedestrian crossing demand and relevant planning experience are defined to define the road network characteristic index under the new layout concept. The causality chain of SD (System Dynamics) model is used to screen the key factors that affect the capacity of road network in road traffic condition. From the point of view of road network layout mechanism, traffic individual path selection process and result, this paper analyzes the matching degree of road network supply and traffic demand, and the influence of individual traffic path selection on road network capacity. Combined with the layout characteristics of narrow road dense network, the influence of this characteristic on network capacity is summarized. Based on the classical thought of space-time consumption and considering the influence of the layout characteristics of narrow road dense network, the calculation models of total space-time resources and individual space-time consumption of road network are discussed respectively, and the service level, traffic organization, cross-sectional form are considered. The matching degree of supply and demand modifies the model and gives the calculation flow of the model. Taking the low carbon demonstration area of Chenggong New District of Kunming as an example, this paper compares and analyzes the road network layout characteristics and network capacity before and after encrypting the road network, evaluates the effect of capacity change, and summarizes the application prospect of the model. In this paper, the network capacity model based on the idea of narrow road network layout is constructed, which fully considers the characteristics of the road network under the new layout concept and its influence on the capacity, which is more suitable for the calculation of the capacity under the new trend of urban road network planning.
