港口腹地界定方法研究

【摘要】:港口作為對外經(jīng)貿(mào)活動的樞紐,連接外部地域的紐帶,在國民經(jīng)濟中占據(jù)了不可忽視的作用。港口的建設與發(fā)展不僅對沿海開放城市有著重要的影響,更關系到國民經(jīng)濟的興衰與國家戰(zhàn)略的實施。港口的發(fā)展不僅取決于港口的自身建設,更是與其腹地范圍的大小、腹地經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展狀況緊密相連。港口擁有廣闊的腹地,腹地的貨物通過港口進行運輸中轉(zhuǎn),而腹地的綜合實力強大,對外貿(mào)易活動頻繁,就會相應地產(chǎn)生大量的運輸需求量,促進港口吞吐量的增加、港口規(guī)模的擴大和服務水平的提高。因此,腹地對于港口來說至關重要,需要對港口的腹地范圍進行界定,明確清晰的劃分出港口的腹地范圍,對港口進行準確的定位和科學的規(guī)劃,使港口得到健康可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。在這樣背景之下,本文對港口腹地的界定方法進行了研究,并將大連港作為實例分析的對象,對大連港的腹地進行劃分,具體工作如下:首先對港口、腹地的基本概念作了簡要的介紹,解釋了“腹地”這一基本概念,按照不同的標準給腹地分類,分析了港口與腹地之間的關系和影響港口腹地范圍的主要因素,指出我國港口劃分存在的局限性;其次,梳理了現(xiàn)有的幾種劃分港口腹地的方法,分析各方法的優(yōu)點與局限性,在此基礎上,建立了本文的腹地劃分模型,將斷裂點模型與加權Voronoi圖相結(jié)合,建立B-V模型,并且構建了關于港口中心強度的評價指標體系;然后以大連港為對象進行實例分析,通過B-V模型對大連港腹地按照散雜貨和集裝箱兩種貨類進行劃分,并根據(jù)大連港腹地劃分的結(jié)果,對大連港拓展腹地提出了建議與措施;最后,對本文的研究內(nèi)容進行了分析和總結(jié),指出了研究的不足,對今后的研究進行了展望。
[Abstract]:As the hub of foreign economic and trade activities, port plays an important role in the national economy. The construction and development of ports not only have an important impact on the coastal open cities, but also relate to the rise and fall of national economy and the implementation of national strategy. The development of port depends not only on its own construction, but also on the size of its hinterland and the economic development of hinterland. The port has a vast hinterland, and the goods in the hinterland are transported through the port for transit. However, the comprehensive strength of the hinterland is strong and the foreign trade activities are frequent, which will produce a large amount of transportation demand accordingly and promote the increase of port throughput. The expansion of port scale and the improvement of service level. Therefore, the hinterland is very important to the port. It is necessary to define the hinterland range of the port, clearly divide the hinterland range of the port, and make accurate positioning and scientific planning of the port. To ensure a healthy and sustainable development of the port. Under this background, this paper has carried on the research to the port hinterland definition method, and takes Dalian Port as the example analysis object, carries on the division to the Dalian port hinterland, the concrete work is as follows: first, The basic concept of hinterland is briefly introduced, the basic concept of hinterland is explained, the hinterland is classified according to different standards, the relationship between port and hinterland and the main factors influencing the scope of hinterland are analyzed. The limitations of port division in China are pointed out. Secondly, combing several existing methods of dividing port hinterland, analyzing the advantages and limitations of each method, establishing the hinterland division model of this paper, combining fracture point model with weighted Voronoi diagram, establishing B-V model. And set up the evaluation index system of port center strength; Then taking Dalian Port as an example, the hinterland of Dalian Port is divided according to bulk cargo and container by B-V model, and according to the result of dividing hinterland of Dalian Port, Some suggestions and measures are put forward to expand the hinterland of Dalian Port. Finally, the research content of this paper is analyzed and summarized, the deficiency of the research is pointed out, and the future research is prospected.
