【摘要】：隨著城市化的發(fā)展和城市人口的增加,現(xiàn)代大都市面臨著嚴重的城市問題,如交通擁堵和不理想的城市資源規(guī)劃等。近年來,隨著技術的快速發(fā)展和不同的傳感技術的廣泛應用,大量的數據已成功收集并且記錄了城市的各個方面的狀態(tài)。這給解決都市問題和創(chuàng)建基于城市大數據分析的智能城市帶來了新的機遇。本文主要針對出租車GPS數據進行研究,讓交通運管部門預知各區(qū)域出租車需求的變化情況,對出租車進行更合理的規(guī)劃。本文研究了出租車OD(Origin-Destination)數據的時空分布特性,對出租車起點終點特征數據分別進行分析,并且通過熱度圖和聚類圖,引導用戶進一步地分析感興趣以及相對有特點的區(qū)域。結合環(huán)形像素圖,時空堆棧圖,柱狀像素圖等專門針對于出租車OD數據進行分析的可視化組件,讓用戶從交互探索中得出城市發(fā)展各個區(qū)域內出租車流向的差異性,以及從出租車數據中挖掘不同日期以及一些城市規(guī)劃事件對人們出行模式的影響。本文的可視分析系統(tǒng)利用當下流行的Hadoop平臺來對大規(guī)模的出租車GPS數據進行管理、預處理以及提取我們需要的出租車OD數據。系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構的方式將各個可視化組件作為前端數據分析手段,為了加快用戶在使用可視化組件分析數據時的響應速度,本文采用網格索引對出租車OD數據進行查詢加速,交通運管部門利用我們的可視分析系統(tǒng)可以及時發(fā)掘出租車聚集模式,提前管理和調度車輛。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization and the increase of urban population, modern metropolis is faced with serious urban problems, such as traffic congestion and unsatisfactory urban resource planning. In recent years, with the rapid development of technology and the wide application of different sensing technologies, a large number of data have been successfully collected and recorded the status of various aspects of the city. This brings new opportunities to solve urban problems and create intelligent cities based on urban big data analysis. In this paper, the GPS data of taxis are studied, so that the traffic management department can predict the changes of taxi demand in various regions, and make more reasonable planning for taxis. In this paper, the spatial and temporal distribution of taxi OD (Origin-Destination) data is studied. Guide users to further analysis of areas of interest and relative characteristics. Combined with annular pixel map, space-time stack map, columnar pixel map and other visual components which are specially used to analyze taxi OD data, users can find out the difference of taxi flow in different areas of urban development from interactive exploration. And mining different dates from taxi data and some urban planning events on the impact of people's travel patterns. The visual analysis system in this paper uses the current popular Hadoop platform to manage, preprocess and extract the taxi GPS data that we need. In order to speed up the response speed of users when using visual components to analyze data, the system adopts the method of B / S architecture to take each visual component as the front-end data analysis method. In this paper, we use grid index to speed up the query of taxi OD data, and the traffic management department can use our visual analysis system to discover the taxi gathering mode in time, and to manage and dispatch the vehicle ahead of time.
