考慮溫度與時(shí)變因素耦合的混凝土橋梁增量分析方法

【摘要】:為了準(zhǔn)確掌握在材料時(shí)變特性因素(如混凝土彈性模量、收縮徐變、預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋松弛等)與溫度變化耦合作用下混凝土橋梁施工期及運(yùn)營期結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)變化歷史,基于時(shí)間序列劃分,采用增量形式的虛功平衡方程,推導(dǎo)考慮溫度變化與材料時(shí)變因素耦合的有限元求解方程;結(jié)合具體時(shí)變函數(shù)表達(dá),建立考慮溫度耦合作用時(shí)混凝土?xí)r變彈性模量修正公式及時(shí)間增量步內(nèi)一維梁單元計(jì)入時(shí)變因素影響的桿端荷載項(xiàng)表達(dá)式。結(jié)合實(shí)際工程,采用所提出的計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行編程計(jì)算,將考慮溫度耦合作用的計(jì)算結(jié)果與不考慮溫度耦合作用的計(jì)算結(jié)果及實(shí)測結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析。研究結(jié)果表明:考慮溫度耦合作用的長期撓度計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)測結(jié)果更接近,說明考慮溫度與時(shí)變特性耦合效應(yīng)的增量分析計(jì)算方法能有效提高混凝土橋梁計(jì)算分析的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately grasp the history of structural effects of concrete bridges during construction and operation under the coupling of temperature and elastic modulus of concrete, shrinkage and creep of concrete, relaxation of prestressed steel bar, etc. Based on the time series division, the finite element equation considering the coupling of temperature variation and material time-varying factor is derived by using the incremental virtual power balance equation. Based on the expression of concrete time-varying function, the modified formula of time-varying elastic modulus of concrete considering temperature coupling and the expression of load term at the end of the rod considering the time-varying factors of one-dimensional beam element in time increment step are established. Combined with the actual engineering, the proposed calculation method is used to carry out the programming calculation. The calculation results considering the temperature coupling are compared with the calculated results and the measured results without the consideration of the temperature coupling. The results show that the calculated results of long-term deflection considering temperature coupling are closer to the measured results. It is shown that the calculation method of incremental analysis considering the coupling effect of temperature and time-varying characteristics can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of the calculation and analysis of concrete bridges.
