速干型霧封再生材料的合成與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:瀝青混凝土中的瀝青受到日照、雨雪、氧化和車輪碾壓等因素的影響容易發(fā)生老化,老化后的瀝青從溶膠型向凝膠型轉(zhuǎn)變,對石料的黏結(jié)力逐漸降低。瀝青路面的預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護技術(shù)可以補充老化瀝青中流失的組分,大幅延長瀝青路面使用壽命。本文研究開發(fā)了一種瀝青路面速干型霧封層預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護材料(Fog Seal Material,FSM),主要針對機場跑道和高架道路等需要快速開放交通的瀝青路面提供了解決方案。研究的速干型FSM由再生層和表覆層組成。首先,對再生層使用的再生劑組成進行分析和GPC、~(13)C-NMR和FT-IR表征,通過計算獲得了其主要官能團的溶解參數(shù)。根據(jù)基團貢獻法和Hansen溶解度參數(shù)理論,篩選對再生劑具備優(yōu)良溶解性的乙醇和助溶劑助溶劑N體系,通過三元混合相圖優(yōu)化速干型霧封材料再生層的配方,并對所制備的再生層進行性能評價。再生層材料的穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)異,固含量差不超過2%,具有良好的速干效果,50A老化瀝青滲透再生6h后可達到新瀝青水平。其次,對表覆層的瀝青成分進行性質(zhì)改善,考察了不同乳化穩(wěn)定劑對其乳化產(chǎn)品穩(wěn)定性的影響,并對表覆層的制備過程進行優(yōu)化。先后考察了無機穩(wěn)定劑、有機穩(wěn)定劑對乳化制備過程的影響,實驗結(jié)果表明穩(wěn)定劑G與其他添加劑相比,用量少效果優(yōu)。優(yōu)化條件下制備的表覆層乳液五天穩(wěn)定性良好,上下固含量差小于5%,水相中的油滴平均直徑小于10μm。最后,分別對霧封再生層溶液和表覆層乳液進行250kg/h中試放大實驗,制備的霧封材料滿足JTGE20-2011的標準要求,并先后應(yīng)用到上海市南北高架汶水路段、閔行區(qū)綠蓮路段的瀝青路面,取得了較好的養(yǎng)護效果。
[Abstract]:The asphalt in asphalt concrete is affected by sunshine, rain and snow, oxidation and wheel rolling, etc. The aging asphalt changes from sol type to gel type, and the adhesion force to stone decreases gradually. The preventive maintenance technology of asphalt pavement can supplement the lost components of aging asphalt and prolong the service life of asphalt pavement. In this paper, a kind of (Fog Seal Material,FSM) is developed, which is a kind of preventive maintenance material for asphalt pavement, which is mainly aimed at the asphalt pavement which needs fast open traffic, such as airport runway and viaduct. The fast dry FSM is composed of regenerated layer and surface layer. Firstly, the composition of regenerator used in the regenerating layer was analyzed and characterized by GPC,~ (13) C-NMR and FT-IR. The dissolution parameters of the main functional groups were obtained by calculation. According to group contribution method and Hansen solubility parameter theory, ethanol and co-solvent N system with good solubility to regenerative agent were screened, and the formula of regenerated layer of quick dry fog sealing material was optimized by ternary mixing phase diagram. The performance of the regenerated layer was evaluated. The regenerated layer material has excellent stability, the difference of solid content is not more than 2, and it has a good quick drying effect. The 50A aging asphalt can reach the new asphalt level after 6 hours of penetration and regeneration. Secondly, the properties of asphalt were improved, the effects of different emulsifying stabilizers on the stability of emulsified products were investigated, and the preparation process of surface coatings was optimized. The effects of inorganic stabilizer and organic stabilizer on the emulsification process were investigated successively. The experimental results showed that stabilizer G had better effect than other additives. The surface coating emulsion prepared under the optimized conditions has a good stability for five days, the difference between upper and lower solid content is less than 5, and the average diameter of oil droplets in water phase is less than 10 渭 m. Finally, a pilot scale up experiment of 250kg/h was carried out on the regenerated solution of fog seal and the surface coating emulsion. The prepared fog sealing materials meet the standard requirements of JTGE20-2011 and have been applied to the Wenshui section of the north and south elevated in Shanghai. The asphalt pavement of green lotus section in Minhang district has achieved good maintenance effect.
