基于屬性測度的步行道路友好性評價

【摘要】:文章建立步行友好性城市是未來城市發(fā)展的新方向,將步行行為的影響因素從安全性、舒適性、便捷性和政策管理4個維度構(gòu)建步行環(huán)境友好性評價的指標(biāo)體系,并采用屬性測度原理對樣本分級,實(shí)現(xiàn)對樣本宏觀上的觀測,并提供樣本對比研究的依據(jù);再通過與其對應(yīng)機(jī)動車道路建設(shè)等級的比較,找出步行道路和機(jī)動車道路發(fā)展的差異性,提出步行道路建設(shè)的改善原則和措施,使機(jī)動車道路與步行道路平衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:It is a new direction to establish a walking friendly city in the future. The index system of pedestrian environmental friendliness evaluation is constructed from the aspects of safety, comfort, convenience and policy management. And the principle of attribute measure is used to classify the samples to realize the macroscopic observation of the samples and to provide the basis for the comparative study of the samples, and then through the comparison with the corresponding grade of road construction of motor vehicles, This paper finds out the difference between the development of walking road and motor vehicle road, and puts forward the improving principles and measures for the construction of walking road so as to balance the development of motor vehicle road and walking road.
