基于模糊層次綜合評判法的甩掛運輸車輛效能安全評價研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's road freight transport industry has developed rapidly. In order to meet the overall requirements of the development of modern logistics, in response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, swing and hang transport has been developed rapidly with its advantages in cargo transportation. It can improve the organization of road transportation, improve the efficiency, quality and safety of road freight transportation, and accelerate the development of modern transportation industry. In the road transportation industry, the evaluation of the efficiency and safety of the vehicle can promote the safety management of the transportation enterprises, ensure the safety of transportation and improve the efficiency of freight transport, and meet the requirements of economic and social benefits. In this paper, the efficiency and safety of dump and hang transport vehicle are divided into three parts: the quick connection system between tractor and semi-trailer, the effective loading system for cargo and the efficiency system for trailing transport vehicle. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency and safety of trailing vehicles and based on the analytic hierarchy process, the reliability and operational efficiency evaluation method of the connection between tractor and semitrailer is established by determining 3 first-grade evaluation indexes and 11 second-grade evaluation indexes. A safety evaluation system for stowage of cargo was established by determining 5 first grade evaluation indexes and 27 second grade evaluation indexes. The analysis of the experimental data and the evaluation results can guide and improve the connection and loading and fixing of the vehicle and the cargo, which indicates the usability of the safety evaluation method. Based on the fuzzy theory, the comprehensive evaluation method of vehicle efficiency is established by determining 4 first-grade evaluation indexes and 17 second-grade evaluation indexes. The method is used to verify and evaluate the recommended and non-recommended models of the Ministry of Transportation, respectively. The results show that the value of the recommended models is higher than that of the non-recommended models, and the evaluation value of the non-recommended models is lower than that of the recommended models. It shows the rationality of the comprehensive evaluation method. The research results of this paper provide some technical support for vehicle selection, vehicle purchase and vehicle technical management.
