辰塔公路跨黃浦江大橋結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:After the bridge is completed, due to the influence of climate and environmental factors, the structural material can be corroded and gradually aged, and the long-term static and static loading function, its strength and rigidity decrease with the increase of time. This will not only affect driving safety, but also shorten the service life of the bridge. The bridge structure health monitoring is to carry out real-time monitoring on the bridge structure and its working environment, and utilize the monitoring data analysis bridge's health condition, evaluate the capacity of the bridge to withstand the static load and the safety and reliability of the structure, and provide decision basis for the operation and maintenance. The project is a design and development project of Shanghai Giant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. to build a new construction health monitoring system across the Huangpu River, which is a new bridge across the Huangpu River in Shanghai. At the same time, this project is also one of the subjects of the research on bridge data in Shanghai. I am the project manager of the project, who is responsible for the design, development, implementation and post-operation maintenance of the project. The main contents of this paper are to develop a structure health monitoring system which can meet the crossing of the Huangpu River Bridge in ChenTower Highway according to the project requirements, and adopt sensor equipment which can take representative of bridge environment, load and structural response information at the important section position of the bridge structure. Combined with the detection data of periodic manual inspection, monitoring the possible state change of the bridge, finding the structural damage as early as possible, and evaluating the change and damage of the bridge structure, and proposing adjustment, maintenance or management suggestions. According to the relevant requirements, we combine the development experience of the past system and the experiences and lessons of the domestic and foreign peers, and through the analysis of the environmental characteristics, structural characteristics and functional requirements of the software system, the overall design of the system is firstly carried out. The layout of bridge monitoring points and the determination of relevant monitoring parameters, sensors, acquisition equipment, communication equipment, storage data processing and other equipment shall be designed, selected, purchased and installed and debugged; the software for automatic data acquisition and manual inspection and maintenance shall be completed on the system software. The design, development and debugging of integrated early warning safety assessment software, user interface software and central database software are respectively carried out. The completion and operation of the health monitoring system across the Huangpu River Bridge in ChenTower Highway indicates that the design and development of the third generation bridge structure monitoring system with the latest technology is successful and put into the practical application of bridge structure monitoring, and has great scientific research and application value.
