集料類型對(duì)橡膠瀝青混合料低溫性能的影響研究

【摘要】:迄今為止建設(shè)的高等級(jí)公路絕大部分采用的是瀝青路面。但是我國(guó)高速公路事業(yè)的發(fā)展和自然資源的有限性使得大量的優(yōu)質(zhì)集料已經(jīng)達(dá)到了供不應(yīng)求的現(xiàn)狀,給集料的開采和供應(yīng)帶來(lái)極大的壓力。因此開展對(duì)不同集料的適用性研究,成為公路建設(shè)發(fā)展的迫切需求。另外,低溫開裂是瀝青路面的主要病害之一,它往往是其他病害的開端。裂縫的存在及其導(dǎo)致的其他病害嚴(yán)重影響了路面的路用性能。所以關(guān)于瀝青混合料的低溫抗裂性一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外道路工程學(xué)者研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。鑒于此,本文針對(duì)由三種集料:玄武巖、凝灰?guī)r、花崗巖及三種級(jí)配:SMA-13、AC-13、Type B組合而成的橡膠瀝青混合料進(jìn)行低溫性能的研究分析。首先,通過一系列相關(guān)的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行橡膠瀝青、各種集料、添加劑等原材的性能指標(biāo)測(cè)定,確定原材的各種指標(biāo)滿足規(guī)范要求;其次,對(duì)由三種集料三種級(jí)配對(duì)應(yīng)的九組橡膠瀝青混合料進(jìn)行馬歇爾配合比設(shè)計(jì),確定混合料的最佳油石比;再次,根據(jù)確定的最佳油石比成型兩種低溫試驗(yàn)所需要的試件:劈裂試件及小梁試件(二次成型);并對(duì)試件完成不同溫度(10℃,0℃,-10℃,-20℃)的低溫劈裂試驗(yàn)及低溫彎曲試驗(yàn)研究。最后,對(duì)低溫試驗(yàn)得出大量試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行匯總分析,并運(yùn)用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)知識(shí)二元方差分析進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證;同時(shí)采用變異系數(shù)進(jìn)行兩種低溫試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的離散性分析。研究表明:低溫彎曲試驗(yàn)的數(shù)據(jù)變異系數(shù)比低溫劈裂試驗(yàn)的大,數(shù)據(jù)離散性大。所以,劈裂試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的結(jié)果及結(jié)論就本課題而言更具有參考價(jià)值。另外就劈裂試驗(yàn)而言,-20℃應(yīng)變變異系數(shù)也較大,所以-20℃試驗(yàn)結(jié)果僅做參考。經(jīng)劈裂試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果分析,對(duì)于不同集料不同級(jí)配組成的橡膠瀝青混合料低溫性能排序:凝灰?guī)r花崗巖玄武巖。通過本次研究,我們可以對(duì)不同集料類型不同級(jí)配的橡膠瀝青混合料在不同溫度下的低溫性能有一定的了解,也為不同地區(qū)能夠合理運(yùn)用多種集料,減少集料供不應(yīng)求的現(xiàn)狀提供相應(yīng)的技術(shù)建議。
[Abstract]:So far, most of the high-grade highways built are asphalt pavement. However, with the development of highway industry and the limitation of natural resources, a large number of high-quality aggregates have reached the situation of shortage of supply, which brings great pressure to the exploitation and supply of aggregates. Therefore, the research on the applicability of different aggregates becomes the urgent need of highway construction and development. In addition, low temperature cracking is one of the main diseases of asphalt pavement, it is often the beginning of other diseases. The existence of cracks and other diseases have seriously affected the pavement performance. Therefore, the low-temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture has been the focus of road engineering scholars at home and abroad. In view of this, the low temperature performance of rubber asphalt mixture composed of three kinds of aggregates: basalt, tuff, granite and three gradation: SMA-13,AC-13,Type B is studied and analyzed in this paper. First of all, through a series of related laboratory tests to determine the performance indexes of rubber asphalt, aggregate, additives and other raw materials, to determine that the raw materials meet the requirements of the specifications. Nine groups of rubber asphalt mixture corresponding to three kinds of aggregates and three grades are designed by Marshall mix ratio to determine the best petrol-stone ratio of the mixture.
