水性環(huán)氧樹脂改性乳化瀝青粘層抗剪性能的檢驗(yàn)

【摘要】:針對(duì)瀝青路面因?qū)娱g黏結(jié)性能不足而導(dǎo)致路面結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)推移、擁包等病害現(xiàn)象,研究環(huán)氧乳化瀝青粘層在不同環(huán)氧乳化瀝青灑布量、不同試驗(yàn)溫度和不同正應(yīng)力條件下的抗剪強(qiáng)度,運(yùn)用摩爾-庫倫原理得到黏結(jié)力和內(nèi)摩阻角.借助Ansys有限元軟件對(duì)5種代表性路面結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行層間剪應(yīng)力計(jì)算,根據(jù)計(jì)算所得層間最大剪應(yīng)力和抗剪強(qiáng)度,對(duì)環(huán)氧乳化瀝青粘層進(jìn)行抗剪疲勞性能和抗剪極限性能檢驗(yàn).結(jié)果表明:抗剪強(qiáng)度隨正應(yīng)力的增大近似呈線性增大,且在60℃高溫條件下,環(huán)氧乳化瀝青粘層的最佳灑布量為0.8 kg·m~(-2);當(dāng)灑布量和正應(yīng)力相同時(shí),由于黏結(jié)力的減小,抗剪強(qiáng)度隨溫度升高而逐漸減小;5種路面結(jié)構(gòu)在100 k N和200 k N荷載作用下,層間最大剪應(yīng)力分別小于容許剪應(yīng)力和抗剪強(qiáng)度,瀝青面層不會(huì)產(chǎn)生剪切疲勞破壞及高溫重載作用下的極限剪切破壞.
[Abstract]:In view of the defects of pavement structure caused by insufficient interlayer adhesion performance, the paper studied the amount of epoxy emulsified asphalt coating sprayed in different epoxy emulsified asphalt. The bonding force and the angle of internal friction are obtained by using the Mohr-Coulomb principle under different experimental temperatures and different normal stress conditions. The interlaminar shear stress of five typical pavement structures was calculated by using Ansys software. According to the maximum interlaminar shear stress and shear strength calculated, the shear fatigue performance and shear limit performance of epoxy emulsified asphalt adhesive layer were tested. The results show that the shear strength increases linearly with the increase of normal stress, and the optimum spraying amount of epoxy emulsified asphalt adhesive is 0.8 kg m ~ (-2) at high temperature of 60 鈩,
