遼源市燈塔鎮(zhèn)龍背村道路工程建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:隨著近年來國家對農(nóng)村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投入越來越大,對新時期社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)提出了更高的要求,特別是經(jīng)過“十一五”時期的快速發(fā)展和“十二五”規(guī)劃對農(nóng)村生活生產(chǎn)條件改善的具體要求,農(nóng)村道路建設(shè)愈發(fā)值得關(guān)注。我國目前道路建設(shè)中還存在著不少問題,其中道路質(zhì)量問題,則是我們必須正視并且亟待解決的問題。隨著社會發(fā)展,科技進步,道路建設(shè)從理論到實踐、從勘探到建設(shè)都得到了快速發(fā)展,但不可否認的是,一些在建、改擴建的道路和正在使用的道路還存在不少的質(zhì)量問題,有一些甚至侵害到路基的結(jié)構(gòu)和道路使用安全的功能!傲芽p”“水毀”“巨坑”“塌方”等因工程質(zhì)量導(dǎo)致的事故不斷發(fā)生,特別是農(nóng)村道路水平距離城市道路水平還有很大差距。因此,對龍背村道路工程建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量控制的研究,是本文所研究的問題。本文是在這個背景下,對燈塔鎮(zhèn)龍背村道路工程建設(shè)項目質(zhì)量控制進行研究。同時也是對其他農(nóng)村道路不同的施工條件,在道路建設(shè)過程中如何能因地制宜、實事求是,如何勘探工程建設(shè)路面地質(zhì),確保路基、路面質(zhì)量、寬度,如何確保排水能力和路面抗災(zāi)能力,是否能就地取材,易于施工,便于今后的路面保養(yǎng)等具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。論文分為四部分:首先,通過論述龍背村道路質(zhì)量建設(shè)研究的背景及農(nóng)村道路利用率高容易出現(xiàn)裂縫碎石翻漿等情況及提高農(nóng)村道路質(zhì)建設(shè)質(zhì)量的意義,研究道路項目建設(shè)所采用的方法與內(nèi)容。通過大量查閱資料,其他省市關(guān)于闡述農(nóng)村道路建設(shè)的相關(guān)文件綜述和理論研究。其次,論述農(nóng)村道路存在的質(zhì)量問題,對原有水泥路面進行翻建準備工作過程中存在的質(zhì)量問題進行闡述,農(nóng)村道路建設(shè)采用的混凝土強度等級低、原材料的選擇不嚴格。并且對翻建施工階段存在的質(zhì)量問題進行論述,攤鋪方式老舊、施工人員和專業(yè)技術(shù)人員作業(yè)態(tài)度管理混亂等。再次,對闡述的問題進一步分析,并提出產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因,質(zhì)量問題產(chǎn)生的原因主要由自然環(huán)境差、施工環(huán)境不佳、人員素質(zhì)低、施工原料標準不嚴格及施工方法老舊等因素造成。最后,通過人機料法環(huán)的研究認為改進施工技術(shù)及提升施工機械,明確施工材料的采購標準,提升施工人員質(zhì)量意識,保障后勤,及時解決道路施工中遇到的各項問題,從而進一步提高道路工程質(zhì)量,防止后續(xù)道路使用過程中發(fā)生“裂縫”、“水毀”等問題,使龍背村道路工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量提高,便于居民出行,并且對燈塔鎮(zhèn)其他農(nóng)村道路工程的建設(shè)具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the increasing investment in rural infrastructure in recent years, higher requirements have been put forward for the construction of new socialist countryside in the new period. Especially after the rapid development of the 11th Five-Year Plan and the specific requirements of the 12th Five-Year Plan for the improvement of rural living and production conditions, the construction of rural roads is more and more worthy of attention. There are still many problems in road construction in our country, among which road quality is a problem that we must face squarely and need to be solved urgently. With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, road construction has developed rapidly from theory to practice, from exploration to construction. However, it is undeniable that there are still many quality problems in some roads under construction, reconstruction and expansion and the roads in use. Some even encroach on subgrade structure and road use safety function. Accidents caused by engineering quality such as "crack", "water destruction", "huge pit" and "collapse" occur continuously, especially the gap between rural road level and urban road level. Therefore, the research on the quality control of the road construction project in Longbei Village is the problem studied in this paper. Under this background, the quality control of road construction project in Longbei Village of Dengta Town is studied in this paper. At the same time, it is also for different construction conditions of other rural roads, how to adapt measures to local conditions in the course of road construction, how to seek truth from facts, how to explore engineering construction pavement geology, how to ensure subgrade, pavement quality, width, It is of great practical significance to ensure drainage capacity and road surface disaster resistance, whether local materials can be obtained, easy to construct and easy to maintain in the future. The paper is divided into four parts: firstly, through discussing the background of the road quality construction in Longbei Village and the situation that the high utilization ratio of rural roads is prone to crack gravel and so on, and the significance of improving the quality of rural road quality construction, the paper is divided into four parts. To study the methods and contents of road project construction. Through a large number of reference materials, other provinces and cities on rural road construction related documents review and theoretical research. Secondly, the quality problems existing in rural roads are discussed, and the quality problems in the preparation process of original cement pavement construction are expounded. The concrete strength grade used in rural road construction is low, and the choice of raw materials is not strict. This paper also discusses the quality problems existing in the stage of construction, the old spreading mode, the confusion of the attitude of the construction staff and the professional technical personnel, and so on. Thirdly, further analysis is made on the problems described, and the causes of these problems are put forward. The main causes of the quality problems are the poor natural environment, the poor construction environment and the low quality of the personnel. The construction raw material standard is not strict and the construction method is old and so on. Finally, through the research of man-machine material method ring, it is considered that the construction technology and machinery should be improved, the purchasing standard of construction materials should be clearly defined, the quality consciousness of construction personnel should be raised, the logistics should be guaranteed, and the problems encountered in road construction should be solved in time. In order to further improve the quality of road engineering, prevent the following problems such as "cracks" and "water destruction" occurring in the course of road use, so that the quality of road engineering construction in Longbei Village is improved, and it is convenient for residents to travel. And it has certain reference significance to the construction of other rural road projects in Dengta Town.
