組合基層結(jié)構(gòu)的填縫砂漿配合比設(shè)計(jì)及性能研究

【摘要】:組合基層結(jié)構(gòu)是一種新出現(xiàn)的道路基層結(jié)構(gòu),該結(jié)構(gòu)可以用基塊進(jìn)行組裝,且基塊可預(yù)先在工廠加工完,這樣不僅可以確保生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,還可以加快鋪筑速度。由于傳統(tǒng)道路基層結(jié)構(gòu)二灰碎石或水泥混凝土其硬化周期為28天,這樣就必然導(dǎo)致面層施工時(shí)段延后。組合基層結(jié)構(gòu)具有建設(shè)周期短、鋪筑速度快、整體性能好的優(yōu)點(diǎn),現(xiàn)已初步應(yīng)用于城市道路搶修與維護(hù)中來取代傳統(tǒng)二灰碎石基層。填縫砂漿是組合基層結(jié)構(gòu)的重要組成部分,采用此材料對(duì)組合基層結(jié)構(gòu)的基塊連接處進(jìn)行灌漿填充,可以使組合基層形成一個(gè)整體承載結(jié)構(gòu)。填縫材料可傳遞基塊間的嵌擠作用,協(xié)調(diào)基塊間的變形,其力學(xué)及耐久性能將直接影響到整體結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。但由于結(jié)構(gòu)形式較為新穎,目前市面上還沒有此類專用砂漿,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)此用途的填縫砂漿性能研究還存在空白。同時(shí),市場(chǎng)上現(xiàn)有的填縫材料多用于路面修補(bǔ),價(jià)格較高,且耐久性能不足,不能很好的與此結(jié)構(gòu)的性能要求相適應(yīng),而這將阻礙組合基層結(jié)構(gòu)在國(guó)內(nèi)的應(yīng)用與推廣;谝陨显,開展對(duì)組合基層結(jié)構(gòu)的填縫砂漿設(shè)計(jì)及性能研究就顯得十分必要。為了得到性能優(yōu)越的專用填縫砂漿材料,本文在試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,以硫鋁酸鹽水泥和普通硅酸鹽水泥復(fù)合作為基本膠凝體系,摻入粉煤灰以形成復(fù)合膠凝體系,采用中砂作為集料,摻入適量的緩凝劑、早強(qiáng)劑、減水劑及可分散乳膠粉,配制出具有自流平效果、快硬早強(qiáng)、施工性好、力學(xué)性能滿足要求。其工藝性能和力學(xué)性能均較理想,彈性模量低、抗?jié)B水、抗干縮、抗凍性能好,其流動(dòng)度較高,且30min內(nèi)流動(dòng)度損失較小,這給現(xiàn)場(chǎng)灌縫施工的留下了足夠的時(shí)間;1d抗折強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.0MPa以上,1d抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到5MPa以上,滿足了基層快速修筑、盡快開放交通的要求,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。砂漿研制過程中,主要完成了以下研究工作:1、基于砌筑砂漿規(guī)范,建立組合基層填縫砂漿的配合比設(shè)計(jì)思路,并配制出具有早強(qiáng)、自流平效果的填縫砂漿,且價(jià)格較市面上的高性能灌漿料明顯降低。2、取市面上購(gòu)置的灌漿料作為對(duì)比組,對(duì)自制砂漿的抗折強(qiáng)度、抗壓強(qiáng)度、劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度、靜力受壓彈性模量進(jìn)行測(cè)試,其結(jié)果表明,自制砂漿的靜力受壓彈性模量低于灌漿料,有利于組合基層的接縫結(jié)構(gòu)受力。自制砂漿的抗折強(qiáng)度、抗壓強(qiáng)度、劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度均能滿足組合基層結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)填縫材料的要求,適用于組合基層的接縫中。3、取自制填縫砂漿及灌漿料進(jìn)行耐久性能幾疲勞性能試驗(yàn)對(duì)比,其結(jié)果表明,自制砂漿的抗?jié)B等級(jí)略高于灌漿料,而抗凍等級(jí)遠(yuǎn)高于灌漿料,十分適用于東北地區(qū)的氣候條件。自制砂漿的收縮率、抗疲勞變形能力均能滿足組合基層結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)填縫材料的要求。4、將具有自流平效果的摻膠粉砂漿作為填縫材料應(yīng)用于長(zhǎng)春市飛躍中路輔路所鋪設(shè)試驗(yàn)段的實(shí)際工程中,對(duì)材料的經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)越性進(jìn)行計(jì)算,并對(duì)試驗(yàn)段進(jìn)行鉆芯取樣,驗(yàn)證此結(jié)構(gòu)在工程實(shí)際中的可行性。
[Abstract]:Composite base structure is a new kind of road base structure, which can be assembled by base blocks and can be processed in factory beforehand. This can not only ensure the quality of production, but also speed up the paving speed. The composite base structure has the advantages of short construction period, fast paving speed and good overall performance, and has been preliminarily applied in urban road emergency repair and maintenance to replace the traditional lime-flyash macadam base course. The grouting filling at the joint can make the composite base form a whole bearing structure. The joint filling material can transfer the embedding effect between the base blocks and coordinate the deformation between the base blocks. Its mechanical and durability performance will directly affect the safety of the whole structure. At the same time, the existing filling materials on the market are mostly used for pavement repair, the price is high, and the durability is insufficient, which can not meet the performance requirements of this structure well, which will hinder the application and promotion of composite base structure in China. It is necessary to study the design and performance of structural joint-filling mortar. In order to obtain the special joint-filling mortar material with superior performance, on the basis of experiment, this paper takes the composite of sulphoaluminate cement and ordinary portland cement as the basic cementing system, mixes fly ash to form the composite cementing system, uses medium sand as aggregate, and mixes it with proper amount. The retarder, early strength agent, superplasticizer and dispersible latex powder are prepared with self-leveling effect, quick hardening and early strength, good workability, and meets the requirements of mechanical properties. The process performance and mechanical properties are ideal, low modulus of elasticity, impervious water resistance, dry shrinkage resistance, good frost resistance, high fluidity, and less loss of fluidity within 30 minutes, which gives the site irrigation. Joint construction left enough time; 1 D flexural strength to 1.0 MPa, 1 d compressive strength to 5 MPa, to meet the rapid construction of the base, as soon as possible to open traffic requirements, to achieve the desired results. The mix proportion design thought, and prepared with early strength, self-leveling effect of the filling mortar, and the price is significantly lower than the high-performance grouting material on the market. 2. Taking the grouting material purchased on the market as a comparison group, the flexural strength, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, static compressive modulus of elasticity of the homemade mortar were tested. The flexural strength, compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the self-made mortar can meet the requirements of the composite base structure for the filling materials. It is suitable for the joint of the composite base. 3. Taking the self-made filling mortar and grouting material for durability. The results of several fatigue tests show that the impermeability grade of the self-made mortar is slightly higher than that of the grouting material, and the frost resistance grade is much higher than that of the grouting material, which is very suitable for the climate conditions in Northeast China. As a filling material, mortar mixed with glue is applied to the practical engineering of the test section of the auxiliary road of Changchun Feiyue Middle Road. The economic superiority of the material is calculated, and the core drilling sampling is carried out to verify the feasibility of the structure in the engineering practice.
