橫向力系數(shù)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)在公路工程檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents, good anti-skid performance is an important guarantee to ensure the safety of traffic in view of the characteristics of more cars, more roads and more traffic accidents in our country. For the newly built or rebuilt roads, it is necessary not only to ensure the basic requirement of certain capacity, but also to ensure that the pavement has good anti-skid performance. At present, one of the evaluation indexes of pavement anti-skid performance is pavement friction coefficient, so it is very important to study the detection method of pavement friction coefficient and to evaluate the friction coefficient efficiently and efficiently. This paper collects and arranges the relevant data of pavement anti-skid performance detection method and testing equipment, introduces the working principle and detection method of these testing equipments, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. The main research object of this paper is the SFC-2007 type pavement transverse force coefficient test vehicle (the detected value is the SFC-2007). Firstly, it is introduced in detail, on the basis of fully understanding and skillfully using the equipment, Guangxi, Repeated tests were carried out on Hunan Expressway, and the distribution of test data was analyzed. Then compared with the pendulum friction instrument, the correlation between them is obtained. The formation of anti-skid mechanism of pavement is simply analyzed, especially from the characteristics of rubber material and the interaction between tire and pavement. On the basis of understanding the formation of mechanism, the influencing factors are studied, mainly from the aspects of tire test, test environment (external conditions) and so on. Finally, the grey theory is used to analyze the correlation degree between the SFC value of the transverse force coefficient measured by SFC-2007 and the pavement smoothness, the rut and the crack, and the establishment of the model is determined by the magnitude of the correlation degree. Finally, the relationship model of transverse force coefficient, smoothness and rutting is established.
