TRT-6000在山西中南部鐵路通道隧道工程中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著國家大規(guī);A(chǔ)建設(shè),隧道工程在各個(gè)線路工程中的比重也越來也大;由于隧道受長度、埋深、不良地質(zhì)等因素的影響,施工過程中會遇到很多問題,例如突水、突泥、塌方、巖溶等。類似的不可預(yù)料的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害已經(jīng)成為困擾工程施工的主要難題。為了保證隧道安全順利施工,保證施工人員、財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)在工程中應(yīng)用得越來越多,越來越受施工單位重視。TRT-6000系統(tǒng)是我國2006年引進(jìn)的一種新的超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)系統(tǒng)。由于TRT技術(shù)引進(jìn)晚,國內(nèi)使用量少,積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn)少,針對TRT技術(shù)應(yīng)用的提高數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性及可靠性的研究更少,操作人員技術(shù)水平較低,在很大程度上影響了本技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用。比較嚴(yán)重的情況是,在使用TRT-6000系統(tǒng)時(shí),由于應(yīng)用操作不當(dāng),后期處理與解釋不正確,可能出現(xiàn)誤判,對工程施工與安全造成嚴(yán)重的影響。本文依托TRT-6000超前預(yù)報(bào)系統(tǒng)在山西中南部鐵路通道多個(gè)隧道工程中的應(yīng)用情況,著重研究了TRT-6000系統(tǒng)的工作原理、操作要點(diǎn)、數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,并成功應(yīng)用于多個(gè)隧道工程(標(biāo)段)的超前地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào);獲得了大量的實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)和圖像,積累了大量的應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)而提出了判定、預(yù)報(bào)隧道工程中不良地質(zhì)現(xiàn)象(包括溶洞、斷層、突水、突泥等)的準(zhǔn)則;總結(jié)分析了TRT-6000系統(tǒng)自身存在的問題,提出并實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)操作、數(shù)據(jù)處理過程中的改進(jìn)優(yōu)化措施,使得該系統(tǒng)的地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)工作更加方便、簡單、快捷,成本更低,進(jìn)一步提高了系統(tǒng)預(yù)報(bào)的準(zhǔn)確性,為隧道工程安全、快速、經(jīng)濟(jì)施工提供了可靠的技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale infrastructure construction in the country, the proportion of tunnel projects in various line projects is also increasing. Because the tunnel is affected by factors such as length, depth of burial, bad geology, and so on, many problems will be encountered in the construction process, such as water inrush and mud outburst. Collapse, karst, etc. Similar unpredictable geological disasters have become a major problem in engineering construction. In order to ensure the safe and smooth construction of tunnel, ensure the safety of construction personnel, property and advance geological forecast in engineering, more and more attention has been paid by construction units to the. TRT-6000 system is a new geological forecast system introduced in 2006 in our country. Due to the late introduction of TRT technology, less domestic usage, less accumulated experience, less research on how to improve the accuracy and reliability of data in the application of TRT technology, and a low level of technical level of operators, the popularization and application of this technology is affected to a great extent. The more serious situation is that in the use of TRT-6000 system, due to improper application and operation, the late processing and interpretation is incorrect, which may lead to misjudgment, which will have a serious impact on the construction and safety of the project. In this paper, based on the application of TRT-6000 advanced forecast system in many tunnel projects of railway passage in central and southern Shanxi Province, the working principle, operation key points and data processing method of TRT-6000 system are studied emphatically. It has been successfully applied to the advanced geological prediction of many tunnel projects (segments), obtained a large number of measured data and images, accumulated a great deal of application experience, and put forward the judgment to predict the bad geological phenomena (including karst caves) in tunnel engineering. The principles of fault, water inrush, mud outburst, etc., summarized and analyzed the problems existing in the TRT-6000 system, put forward and realized the improvement and optimization measures in the operation of the system and in the process of data processing, which made the geological prediction work of the system more convenient and simple. It is fast and low cost, which further improves the accuracy of system forecast, and provides reliable technical guarantee for tunnel engineering safety, fast and economical construction.
